About Vacasa, OR - Oregon Coast Office

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this homeour team is standing by!

It was a great location for a handful of couples and fur babies. Not super swanky but comfortable and easy walking distance on the prom to downtown.

Spring Break in Seaside

 • 5 of 5

We love the area, and are even considering purchasing property in Seaside. We have been visiting it for over 22 years and are never disappointed in finding things to do and new things to discover. The beaches are clean and rarely over crowded. We love the easy access to everything within walking distance.

The house and amenities we expected were not delivered.

 • 3 of 5

I sold my family on this house with the hot tub, fire pit and game room. I really don't like to complain, I try to see the good but I really don't want another family to feel disappointed like we were. We saved for this trip we were very excited and the hot tub didn't work, we had to call for help multiple times. The fire pit didn't work and the game room was a mini ping pong table in the garage. My kids relentlessly asked for me to go feel the hot tub to see if it started working, we had to make s'mores inside and I went back and read others comment on same issue! Not cool it wasn't fixed. The weather was bad so we really looked for a fun house this house ended up making out trip worse not better. A lot of the furniture was wiggly or falling apart and the house really needs some love. It could be a wonderful place! Great location, it was clean, had great smelling bedding, and a ton of great clean towels.

Owner's Response: We’re sorry to read the hot tub wasn’t working properly. The property manager was able to resolve the issue quickly by resetting the breaker below it. The fire pit has been fixed and the reference to the “game room” has been corrected.

I felt like the home didnt really didn't deliver what the pictures promised.

The location was wonderful, I love the over abundance of clean towels and the beds were comfortable and smelled nice. The local managers for vrbo were amazing when they came out to help us a few times! The upstairs seperate apartment was neat but should include pictures as it was very scary for my little kids to get to. The picture posted above is what I sold my family, we saved to come on this trip and we're really excited. Unfortunately the hot tub didn't work for our stay as it was stuck in Sleep mode and was cold. The fire pit wouldn't light and a lot of the furniture was falling apart or wiggly and dangerous. Little things like the toaster didn't work We brought swimsuits and we're so excited and my kids were pests the whole time to check to see if it was working yet. We also brought s'more stuff and the fire pit never worked and we ended up making them on the stove upstairs. The TV in the back room didn't work well it was pixelated and kept freezing. It was very sad considering I feel like this could be an amazing house.

Definitely recommend this house

 • 5 of 5

Plenty of fun for a group of adults who like to act like kids sometimes! House was well appointed for cooking and lounging. We also enjoyed the foosball and ping pong tables, and certainly the hot tub and the proximity to the beach.

House was pretty good minus a lukewarm hot tub, ask if they've fixed that shit.
