2 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, Great Amenities

This perfectly located townhouse in Louisville's premier historic district, The Cherokee Triangle. It is directly next door to our matching townhouse, VRBO 430762, and is only a two minute walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops and clubs.

Off Street parking for 2 cars.

Cozy gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and very high end bedding for a better than home experience.

The townhouse is 1550 square feet. On the first floor is the living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and half bath. The living room has a top quality queen sized sleeper sectional sofa and a gas fireplace. On the second floor is a king bedroom with private full bath and a fully equipped laundry room. The third floor has another spacious bedroom, also with a king bed, a full private bath.

Each bedroom has a 32' flat screen television, the living room has a larger 40' flat screen television above the fireplace. Of course, there is cable and wifi throughout.

Top quality bedding and 400 thread count linens make for extremely comfortable sleeping!

The kitchen if furnished with a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, mixer, pots, pans, utensils and dishes/cutlery for eight.

The neighborhood is filled with gorgeous historic homes, beautiful parks and multiple national landmarks. Fine dining is 1/2 block away, more casual choices like pizza, sushi, burgers and such are all within a block or less.

Wonderful location for getting to attractions

Great place for walking to restaurants and having a casual drink. Easy to go to downtown and parks. Bars and traffic make it a bit noisy especially on Saturday night. All amenities were great.

Perfect for us!

We are two couples, 50s & 60s, who came to Louisville for a football game, and we were delighted with our rental. The two large master suites worked perfectly for us with the most comfortable king beds! The townhouse was very clean with lots of closet space. And the location was great with wonderful restaurants and antique shops nearby. We could hear the music on Friday night from the pubs but the unit is far enough off the street that it didn't keep us awake. We especially enjoyed walking in the 300 acre Cave Hill Cemetery just up the street. It's has beautiful grounds with many old, interesting monuments. We would definitely want to stay in this rental again!

Great neighborhood with everything!

We stayed for a week in the townhouse. We are a family of 6 with two teenagers. The townhouse had everything we needed- the kitchen was set up to actually cook full meals in with everything from spatulas to mixer to a crock pot.

My husband and I took the third floor for ourselves and let the kids share the second floor and sofa bed in the living room. We loved having a huge shower with heads at both ends and we couldn't hear the kids watching TV or nick

We ate at Taco Luchador at least four timesand tried several other places we could walk to in five minutes. The older kids were able to go and explore on their own- I took our 8 year old twins to Cherokee park and to cave hill cemetery to feed the ducks.

We would definitely stay here again

Loved this place- had everything!

We stayed with another couple in this two bedroom townhouse. Loved, loved, loved the location. We walked to nearly everything. Caught the trolley to downtown on Saturday afternoon- about 10 minutes and that included waiting for the trolley.

Townhouse was clean and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed to cook dinner one night and breakfast one day- really liked having a whisk, a decent spatula and nice tableware. The local coffee left for us was good, but not as good as the coffee from the place across the street (Quill's, I think).

We stayed on the 3rd floor, the king bed was great-- really soft sheets, extra pillows- like staying a lux hotel.

I think I stayed at another property owned by the same person a couple of years ago- will definitely seek out her properties for any future stays in Louisville.

Great Place, Great Location

Had a great stay and a great time. Everything was really comfortable - great beds, great bedding, fully equipped - in short everything we wanted. The gated space for car was also appreciated. The location was outstanding. There were a lot of places for both food and drink that were within a 5 minute walk and the owner's recommendations really worked out well for us. We had ~ 5 minute access to downtown (did the slugger tour, but thought 4th street live was a little cheesy).

The layout worked as well - two couples so the two king bedrooms and baths worked perfectly - we may do with our kids later in the year as there were pullouts we did not use.

In summary, we really enjoyed our stay and will look to stay when we are back late in the year with kids.

The best of the city is at your doorstep, with fine restaurants, beautiful gardens, cafes, clubs and theater all within a few minutes walk. Although the neighborhood is an historic preservation district featuring lovely homes mostly built from 1865-1900, the townhouse is new construction on the toward downtown edge of the neighborhood.
