Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a websitecould be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
We'd love to stay again when money and time allows. Will also recommend to friends. Due to location, I wouldn't necessarily advise families with young children stay, as it is near a cliff and there are points where a fall could happen if you're not careful. But beyond that, it's a great house with a fantastic view. Had an issue with the wifi, but the staff was extremely quick to respond and everything was great. Had fun and plan to come back again. Thank you!!
Perfect for my husband, our 3 year old and me.
Nice place. Great view, but it could use some minor maintenance. Curtain rod in the bedroom was falling apart. Rug in the entryway was coming unravelled. Pillows on the couch are frayed. The bedroom curtains should be blackout grade to prevent the lights from the hotel coming into the bedroom at night.
The view was spectacular for sure. But the ants were everywhere and in everything. We called the property management about it and they were not helpful. (Side note: They claimed we couldn't check in early because it was still being cleaned. Well, they should get their cleaning money back because the dead pill bigs and ants were everywhere. Not "just cleaned").
The beds and living areas were very comfy but I needed to be sure they were free of ants before using the area.
One more time: the view was outstanding; the storm watch was crazy beautiful. Watching sea lions and birds from the deck was fabulous.
But the run around from the management group about the ants was irritating as all get out..
Bring clothes pins to hold the curtains shut; the curtains are too small for the windows and the property is 20 feet from the highway. Road lights shine through the gaps.
Nice washer dryer; heating units were perfect for the size of the property.
Warning: the kitchen is opens to both the bedroom & to the living room. No reading late at night with a light!
Low stars for cleaning, ants and run-around from property managers.
High stars for the property, ocean views and amenities.
