Great location....house was very clean and updated. Hot tub was fabulous, pool table was a bonus!
Would definitely rent there again! The only downfall was the construction going on across the river. It was extremely loud from 8am-6pm.
Property was incredible. Very nice house, and location perfect. River and walking path were incredible. Wish we lived here year round. Great family memories made.
Great house - Great location!
We have been coming to Colorado for the past 20 summers, always renting through VRBO. This house is now our all-time favorite. The deck looking out over the Blue River is so relaxing and being right on the bike trail is very convenient. The house is located close to the outlets and many wonderful restaurants. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, and Joanne was very easy to work with. Many amenities (pool table, hot tub, double-headed shower, comfortable beds, two-car garage, etc.) made for an excellent experience. We highly recommend this house and definitely plan to stay again in the future.
Property was all it was advertised as, great location. We spent very little time at the house were to busy enjoying the area. House was well built and solid. Plenty of fans and windows was concerned with no central air but was not an issue.
This house had all the amenities from the hot tub to great TV and pool table. Loved the location by the roaring river very private yet near to all restaurants in Dillon area.
Blue River Cabin was breathtaking in June 8-15, 2019
My wife, daughters and I rented the Blue River Cabin for our first family Colorado Rocky Mountain vacation and for my daughters’ first trip to the Rockies. We spent most of our week hiking various trails from the Hoosier Pass to the Rocky Mountain National Park. We ate at several local restaurants and attended the annual “Kansas City BBQ competition” in nearby Frisco, which was amazing. The Blue River which runs through the back of the property is breathtaking and the snow capped, mountain peaks create an awesome backdrop. The weather was great the entire stay with lows at night dropping into the mid 30s to low 40s and highs from mid 60s to lower 70s. We never needed more than a light jacket over a short sleeved t-shirt and jeans at least for us East Tennessee folks. JoAnn was very helpful and answered all questions. The cabin is well furnished, maintained and very clean. We will definitely be renting this cabin again in the future. Thank you, Mark and JoAnn, for allowing us the opportunity to rent your dream cabin!
Situated on the Blue River with secluded fly fishing on the property. Within 10 minutes to Copper Mtn, Keystone, Loveland, 15 minutes to Breckenridge and 25 minutes to Vail or Beaver Creek. Summit County bike trail crossed the on property with access to walking and hiking. White water rafting within minutes.
