Your stay in Paris will be a dream come true in this amazing and large luxury apartment on the 4th floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower, on a stately street close to the Trocadéro and Arc de Triomphe, and just a short walk from the Champs Elysées. This is an ideal location to see the sights, go shopping, and explore all that Paris has to offer. The neighborhood is very safe, and it is close to numerous excellent restaurants, cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, outdoor market, wine shops, pharmacies, etc. Walking distance to many museums, including Place du Trocadéro, Musée d'Art Moderne, Musée Guimet, Musée du Quai Branly, Grand Palais. You can walk to the Bateaux Mouches on the Seine or take a quick bus ride to Monet Marmottan or Musée d'Orsay, or take a metro ride to Sacré Coeur, the Louvre, Musée Bourdelle, Musée Carnavalet, the Catacombes, and of course Notre Dame.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from two Metro stops (Boissiere and Trocadéro), and it is a 2-minute walk from four different bus lines that can bring you to many other locations in Paris. Transportation to/from the apartment could hardly be more convenient.

The apartment itself is within an elegant 19th-century building that includes one apartment on each of 6 floors, served by a charming elevator. The apartment covers 125 m2 (1350 square feet), and it includes three separate bedrooms - one very large MBR with en-suite modern MBA, and two additional large bedrooms that share a powder room/toilet and a modern bathroom with a soaking tub and two sinks. It also has a spacious dining room area that seats eight, along with a gorgeous living/sitting area. The decor is stunning, with beautiful furniture, all modern conveniences, and multiple balconies looking onto the top third of the Eiffel tower. The eat-in kitchen has a table that seats four people and is loaded with modern appliances (all purchased in 2012), including gas oven and burners, a refrigerator, microwave, and washer/dryer. All linens and bedding are new, including luxury hotel 100% cotton sheets and organic cotton towels, so your stay will be comfortable in all respects.

Comfortable, good location and view of the Eiffel Tour

This apartment has a combined feel of Paris decor and living with beautifully new bathrooms and showers for comfort. It is spacious for 4 adults to have room to spread out during an extended stay. The metro is very close and there are many options for dining out or purchasing to eat in. Loved the "Corner Cafe" and the owners are so very nice. Marc the owner was very helpful with comments, suggestions and guidance when we needed it. The kitchen is small but has most everything you need for cooking a meal. The washer and dryer were great to have and the dishwasher too. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Vintage Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment with the right amount of upgrades. The kitchen and bathrooms are redone without disturbing the original charm of the rest of the apartment. The Eiffel Tower and Arch de Triumph are within walking distance as well as several restaurants. There is a Boulanger conveniently across the street for breakfast. The metro is a 1 minute walk up the street. It is an apartment so there is a small amount of neighbor noise.

This is a great apartment that will serve you well on the your visit to Paris. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, perfect location and very nice and trustful Owner

My family and I just stayed one week in this wonderful apartment. Without hesitation I absolutely recommend it for several good reasons.

This apartment is a gem, it is nicely decorated and well maintained. We found it even prettier than the pictures posted in Homeaway´s site. It is spacious and was a good fit for our family of six. As published, it has one master bedroom with a full bathroom and two additional well spaced bedrooms that share separate toilette and shower rooms.

About location, what else can be asked ? Short walk to the Trocadero, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. Close Metro/Bus stations to take you to any Paris site. Also, walking to the neighborhood´s nearby bakeries, cafes, markets, really completed the full Parisian experience for us.

Finally, dealing with Marc, the owner, was a pleasure. He is a very nice and professional person. Communication was perfect during the whole process. He kept in touch permanently to ensure everything worked smoothly as it did. He also shared very good travel tips and information on the neighborhood that was very useful.

If you are considering renting this property, go ahead. We really loved this apartment and you will too.

Wonderful apartment for family stay

A family of four, we have now stayed here twice, on both occasions in August. It is an excellent apartment, perfectly situated and smartly furnished, with period furniture in the living room and bedrooms (and very comfy beds!) but smart modern bathrooms and kitchen. Shutters keep it dark and cool at night (good for small children) and it is perfectly quiet despite its central location. The view of the top section of the Eiffel Tower is lovely, particularly when it is lit at night. Dealing with Marc is easy and pleasant, and the welcome at the apartment warm. Having driven to Paris, it was also very convenient that a good underground car park is located virtually opposite the apartment - it was like having a private garage. We hope to return again!

This apartment was just perfect for our family. It was in a prime location, beautifully furnished and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was easy to work with and extremely helpful. We felt like we lived in Paris for a week instead of just visiting it!
