There is also a formal dining area with a wall of windows and a table that also seats 6. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drink on the large screened porch that has a gorgeous view of Osprey Point golf course, a sofa, 2 plush chairs and a table and chairs for 4. You can also catch some sun on the open-air deck that features 2 lounge chairs.
The master bedroom, located off the dining room, has a king bed, access to the screened porch, chair and desk, TV, DVD player, walk-in closet and its very own luxurious bathroom with large glass door shower, soaking tub and 2 sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed, chair for reading, wall-mounted TV, Bose radio and access to a hall bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features 2 twin beds, a wall-mounted TV, a chair and access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The home is equipped with washer, dryer and high speed wireless internet. Guests do not have access to the garage.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!
During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
Kiawah Island is about 40 minutes from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
