About Vickie Cramp
My wife and I have been living in Ouray since 1980. We lived in the Pricco house from 1980 to 1997. We built a house, just to the north of the Pricco house, on a vacant lot also owned by my Grandmother. We ran Pricco's Restaurant from 1983 until 2006, in the building my Grandfather built as a grocery store in 1906. My wife and I raised two children in Ouray, and up until January of this year were taking care of my Mother and Father in the house you will be staying in. My mother was born in the Pricco house. Ouray has been a very comfortable town to spend so much time in. We hope you find the same comforts in our home. Bob & Vickie Cramp

Beautiful home, perfect location. We would definitely stay here again
Beautiful and very well taken care of.
We had such a fun stay. The house is warm and cozy! We liked the fact it is so close to town and the pool. And the views are awesome!!!!! The best part was learning the history of the house and family! We plan on telling all our friends and family about the Pricco House!!!!
Delightful place to stay
This was our first Homeaway experience. The house was cute, clean, and fun to stay in. It gave the impression of stepping back in time - yet with modern conveniences. The weather was warm, so we walked to and from the Hot Springs. It was convenient to shops and restaurants, as well as some hiking trails around town. We loved sitting on the porch evenings and mornings. Being "Homeaway" novices, we had several questions. I phoned Vicki not knowing she was on vacation. She answered and was so very helpful, courteous, and friendly. Vicki did have someone on call to help if help was needed. We highly recommend this Victorian Home as a delightful place to stay.
Very clean, cozy and great location
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. We were unable to get over the pass into Ouray due to snow and ice for our 1st night. The home is very clean and spacious. Vickie arranged to have the heat on so when we did arrive the next day, the house was warm. 3 does and a buck visited us during our stay. We will be back. Thank you Vickie
Loved our little Victorian house in Ouray, CO!
We loved the old-style wallpaper and lace curtains, but also the more modern conveniences of a clean and up-to-date kitchen, baths, and comfy beds.
Close to everything in lovely Ouray. The Brickhouse Restaurant was walkable and our favorite for dinner.
We even had deer come visit us in the back yard..very special encounter.
Highly recommend this house, and hope we can come back soon.
Very nice AND convenient
We stayed here for the Ouray CO Jeep Jamboree. The home is right on the main drag just outside of downtown. We were able to walk to the restaurants and hot springs. Place was clean with all amenities, including top notch appliances. Thanks to Vickie for adding to a great time.
Guided jeep tours and jeep and ATV rentals.
