Comfortable modern open floor plan includes over-height ceilings and expansive windows. This quiet building has air conditioning in the unit. Bedroom has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet and 39' TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room includes 32' TV, DVD player and sleeping for 1 more person (on the chaise lounge, pls see pic for description). All linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board provided. Excellent workout gym. This 500 sq ft condo has incredible utility for its size. It is in a safe and secure location. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Fantastic location

Very clean, central and convenient apartment with great views from the 19th floor . Easy check in with Brad who gave us all the information we required . Certainly no need for a car, supermarket a couple of minutes walk if needed. We would highly recommend this apartment for those wanting comfort, space, laundry,views and a terrific host within walking distance of central Vancouver.

Fantastic

Brad was friendly & very helpful. It is our 5th time in Vancouver, so we pretty much know our way around. Apartment is located in a fantastic area with everything within a few blocks. Great views & everything you would need in an apartment. Willl hopefully stay again when we are back again.

Location is perfect, Brad was very helpful and polite, apartment was very comfortable .

Excellent Location & Apartment

Our flight was delayed by 2hrs but after contacting Brad he kept in touch with us and was there to meet us with a smile when we eventually arrived at the building at 10.30 p.m.

The apartment was everything we wanted & needed. Great location with local restaurants & supermarket & bars. The air conditioning was waiting for repair unfortunately, as we arrived in an unusual May heatwave. Brad found us a fan though which definitely helped. The bed was comfortable & plenty of storage space for 2 people. Would definitely recommend it & found Brad very helpful & accommodating.

Great central location

Came for the BMO Marathon and found this location perfect to get - even walk, anywhere. Brad was there to greet us and upon check out and great to deal with. The place is small, great for one or two people (sharing a bed). City transit and all the Hop on, Hop offs are within a block to get you around. Will likely be back. Vancouver is a beautiful city especially if you like to walk like us.
