Comfortable modern open floor plan includes over-height ceilings and expansive windows. This quiet building has air conditioning in the unit. Bedroom has a Queen size bed, large walk-in closet and 39' TV. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room includes 32' TV, DVD player and sleeping for 1 more person (on the chaise lounge, pls see pic for description). All linen, towels, hair dryer, iron, ironing board provided. Excellent workout gym. This 500 sq ft condo has incredible utility for its size. It is in a safe and secure location. The condo is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival.

Location! Location! Location! On top of being central and walking distance to everything that makes Vancouver special, this building is an iconic high rise with great amenities. The apartment itself has been beautifully renovated, has sweeping views and is fully stocked with all the necessities to make you feel at home.
There is a view of English Bay, the mountains of Vancouver Island and the city. It is only moments to all the attractions of downtown Vancouver. This condo is conveniently located to Skytrain, which can take you to and from the Vancouver International airport.
Our family (2 adults, one child) stayed here 5 nights in late December 2016. Exactly as advertised. Could not be in a better location, in the downtown core. Everywhere an easy walk. Brad was very kind, helpful, and efficient. Would be happy to return for another visit. Highest rating.
We visited Vancouver to spend Christmas with family. Awesome view! Excellent location-we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in downtown Vancouver. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated Brad's help with booking and facilitating early check-in and check-out. We would recommend this condo to friends and family.
The property is located close to restaurants, shopping and cinemas. An easy walk to most attractions, and close to public transportation. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and contained all amenities that you need. Brad was very accommodating about check-in and check-out times, and was a wonderful host providing all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
We walked everywhere. Great flat in a great location and Brad was very helpful. Highly recommend!
This apartment is certainly a great place to stay. Brad is a fabulous host, and was extremely helpful in showing me around the apartment and building. The apartment is spotless, the kitchen has absolutely everything you could need to prepare food if you decide to eat in. The bathroom is very nice with lots of amenities for your stay . The bed was super comfy and provides great views from the 19th floor.Having a washer /dryer on the 19th floor was great and laundry detergent is also supplied!!The building is within walking distance of supermarkets, shopping, public transport, Granville Island market and about a 30 minute walk to the beginning of the Seawall walk. The Sheraton Wall Centre , where most day tour companies pickup from is only 5 minutes away at the most. I would highly recommend this property , you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay. Thanks too to Brad for hailing me a taxi back to the airport, I hope to come back to Vancouver soon.
My experience has been nothing but great since the first message I got from Brad. Not only does he respond quickly, but he was also very accommodating in allowing me to check in early and allowed me to check out the latest time that I could to coincide with my flight out (and check out was a breeze). And if you ever need any suggestions on what to see, he's got you covered.
The unit itself was just spectacular-- I wish I had my own place like it! One entire wall was just full of windows with beautiful views, had some basic supplies available, and I took full use of the laundry! And if there isn't something there that you need, the grocery store is just down the street. Speaking of, the location couldn't get much better than this. The bus stops were right outside and was in walking distance of several places like Robson Square or CF Pacific Centre Mall.
I would definitely recommend this apartment! I'd definitely book it again if I ever end back to Vancouver.
