Our condo is located alongside the palm trees and black lava on the 3rd hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course. The immaculately kept grounds and distinctive Hawaiian plantation architecture make for a beautiful setting. Guests are close to world-famous beaches, tropical hikes, and championship golf courses.
The condo comes complete with a private lanai, a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, and a master bath that features a tub and glass-walled shower.
Guests will enjoy flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A stacking washer and dryer are located within the unit. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king bed upon request, and a private guest bathroom. High speed wireless internet access and unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada are included.
From the second-floor lanai, guests will have a beautiful view of the palm trees and surrounding golf course. The lanai features an outdoor attached barbeque and is a fantastic place to watch the sunset while enjoying a tropical Mai Tai or two.
The surrounding resort is quiet and features deluxe amenities. Just steps from our unit are a gym and workout area, along with the pool and secluded hot tub. The gated resort community is exceptionally safe and private.
Outside the condo is where the fun really begins. Anaeho’omalu bay (A-Bay) is just a short walk or drive away. Other popular beaches include Hapuna Beach Park, a short ten minute drive away, and the beautiful resort beaches of Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani. Each beach offers a unique experience, including activities like boogie boarding, snorkeling, and whale, turtle, or dolphin watching. The biggest choice to make on your Hawaiian vacation will be picking which beach to visit!
Guests are also just a 5 minute walk away from King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. These popular shopping centers feature grocery stores, exclusive boutiques like Louis Vuitton, fine art galleries, daily Koi feeding, and food from all over the world. King’s Shops also regularly features live music acts performed by island artists and folk musicians.

Our condo complex is immaculately landscaped and maintained. There is a unique pool and hot tub, along with a state of the art fitness center, which you will find just across from our building. A short walk finds you over at Queen's Marketplace, or King's Shops for excellent shopping and dining. A-Bay, with a beautiful beach, has easy snorkeling and swimming access. Easy to explore all within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.
The Big Island offers an incredible array of things to see and do. Many of our favorite beaches and hikes along the Kohala Coast are within a 10-15 minute drive from our condo. We love the beauty and diversity of the Big Island.
The property was well cared for, the caretaker for the property was attentive and responded to all our concerns, and we had a great time. Would rent there again.
We are regular vacation rental renters - renting 4 vacation rentals during the last few weeks alone, not to mention years of vacation rentals in Hawaii and in many other locations. Staying at Waikoloa in this particular beach villa was by far the best Hawaii rental we've stayed at.
The quiet 2nd floor beach villa overlooking the 3rd hole was made even more enjoyable because of the peaceful mornings on the lanai - it was very quiet. In any vacation rental you never know what you're going to be met with in the kitchen - here we found everything you could imagine and then some. There was a lemon juicer, a full knife set (with knives that were actually sharp enough to use), plates and silverware for more than 12. There was sufficient beach chairs, (4) an umbrella and snorkel gear in the private garage.
The photos are exactly what see - the villa is updated, immaculate and inviting. We would highly recommend this location, as it sits north of busy Kailua-Kona, yet close enough to the airport. Lava Lava Beach Club was a great spot for a drink, lunch or dinner or just to hang out - as vegetarians finding places that aren't filled with meat choices is difficult, but we had no difficulty here.
We'll certainly be back and will recommend this villa to all our friends!
This is our second visit to this complex. Love the location, beautiful grounds, choice of two pools & cleanliness of this condo. Having a grill on the lanai is a must for us; not all units have one. Watching the golfers from the lanai was very relaxing also. Al was extremely easy to communicate with; seemed to respond within minutes! Condo was exactly as described. You won't be sorry if you rent from this owner. Can't say enough good things about it. Mahalo!
Condo was fresh, clean, well equipped. We spent time on the balcony each evening waiting for our dinner which was cooking on the BBQ. The owner Al was quick to reply to any of our questions during our stay. The unit was close to the pool, shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed being away from Kona, but close enough to go whenever we wanted. We were in Kona for the Ironman and the location was prefect. I would recommend this condo and would rent it again should I return. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking dinners and entertaining guests. A fabulous beach was about 5 minutes away. The snorkel in was great.
My family just finished our vacation here on the Big Island. The condo was beautiful! It has everything we needed: well stocked kitchen, beach gear, wonderful grounds, and a great base from which to explore the island. We would definitely stay here again!
