Our condo is located in "N" building (unit N23) alongside the palm trees and black lava on the 3rd hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course. The immaculately kept grounds and distinctive Hawaiian plantation architecture make for a beautiful setting. Guests are close to world-famous beaches, tropical hikes, and championship golf courses.
The condo comes complete with a private lanai, a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, and a master bath that features a tub and glass-walled shower.
Guests will enjoy flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A stacking washer and dryer are located within the unit. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king bed upon request, and a private guest bathroom. High speed wireless internet access and unlimited calling to the U.S. and Canada are included.
From the second-floor lanai, guests will have a beautiful view of the palm trees and surrounding golf course. The lanai features an outdoor attached barbeque and is a fantastic place to watch the sunset while enjoying a tropical Mai Tai or two.
The surrounding resort is quiet and features deluxe amenities. Just steps from our unit are a gym and workout area, along with the pool and secluded hot tub. The gated resort community is exceptionally safe and private.
Outside the condo is where the fun really begins. Anaeho’omalu bay (A-Bay) is just a short walk or drive away. Other popular beaches include Hapuna Beach Park, a short ten minute drive away, and the beautiful resort beaches of Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani. Each beach offers a unique experience, including activities like boogie boarding, snorkeling, and whale, turtle, or dolphin watching. The biggest choice to make on your Hawaiian vacation will be picking which beach to visit!
Guests are also just a 5 minute walk away from King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. These popular shopping centers feature grocery stores, exclusive boutiques like Louis Vuitton, fine art galleries, daily Koi feeding, and food from all over the world. King’s Shops also regularly features live music acts performed by island artists and folk musicians.

Our condo complex is immaculately landscaped and maintained. There is a unique pool and hot tub, along with a state of the art fitness center, which you will find just across from our building. A short walk finds you over at Queen's Marketplace, or King's Shops for excellent shopping and dining. A-Bay, with a beautiful beach, has easy snorkeling and swimming access. Easy to explore all within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.
The Big Island offers an incredible array of things to see and do. Many of our favorite beaches and hikes along the Kohala Coast are within a 10-15 minute drive from our condo. We love the beauty and diversity of the Big Island.
Very nice unit.. Right across from the pool. Nice to have the garage and is stocked with everything you need for the beach.

We enjoyed our first trip to the Big Island with accommodations in this spacious condo, conveniently located next to shops, restaurants, golf courses and not far from beaches. Our only regret is that we didn't book more days! We'll be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!
We enjoyed staying in this home away from home. It was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved having the Viking grill right on our patio.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Hawaii and our stay at Waikoloa Beach Villa. The villa was well stocked with basics , everything was convenient and the manager was helpful. We would love to visit again, in the future!
This property was excellent for a family vacation. Walking distance to all local shops for groceries and meals. Try the food court in the Queens Marketplace across the street (5 minute walk).
Al has thought of many things to have inside the property to ease your stay - well stocked pantry for cooking (spice etc), laundry soap, beach chairs and some snorkel gear for beach visits.
Highly recommend this property. We would rent again from Al!!
We've stayed at Waikaloa Beach several times over the past several years and find Waikaloa Beach Villas wonderful in terms of location and amenities This condo is wonderfully furnished. It was truly a pleasure working with Al the owner, as he was extraordinarily responsive and attentive to our needs. We highly recommend this place.
