About the property

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo

Our condo is located in "N" building (unit N23) alongside the palm trees and black lava on the 3rd hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course. The immaculately kept grounds and distinctive Hawaiian plantation architecture make for a beautiful setting. Guests are close to world-famous beaches, tropical hikes, and championship golf courses.

The condo comes complete with a private lanai, a large master bedroom with king-sized bed, and a master bath that features a tub and glass-walled shower.

Guests will enjoy flat screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom. A stacking washer and dryer are located within the unit. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds, which can easily be converted to a king bed upon request, and a private guest bathroom. High speed wireless internet access is included.

From the second-floor lanai, guests will have a beautiful view of the palm trees and surrounding golf course. The lanai features an outdoor attached barbeque and is a fantastic place to watch the sunset while enjoying a tropical Mai Tai or two.

The surrounding resort is quiet and features deluxe amenities. Just steps from our unit are a gym and workout area, along with the pool and secluded hot tub. The gated resort community is exceptionally safe and private.

Outside the condo is where the fun really begins. Anaeho’omalu bay (A-Bay) is just a short walk or drive away. Other popular beaches include Hapuna Beach Park, a short ten minute drive away, and the beautiful resort beaches of Mauna Kea and Mauna Lani. Each beach offers a unique experience, including activities like boogie boarding, snorkeling, and whale, turtle, or dolphin watching. The biggest choice to make on your Hawaiian vacation will be picking which beach to visit!

Guests are also just a 5 minute walk away from King’s Shops and Queen’s Marketplace. These popular shopping centers feature grocery stores, exclusive boutiques like Louis Vuitton, fine art galleries, daily Koi feeding, and food from all over the world. King’s Shops also regularly features live music acts performed by island artists and folk musicians.

Easy to explore all within the Waikoloa Beach Resort area.

The Big Island offers an incredible array of things to see and do. Many of our favorite beaches and hikes along the Kohala Coast are within a 10-15 minute drive from our condo. We love the beauty and diversity of the Big Island.

Exceptional Condo in the Perfect Location!

I cannot say enough great things about this condo! It is a gorgeous unit and is better stocked than our own home. It had everything we needed and more. The unit was just steps away from the pool and fitness centre and we absolutely loved having a garage to store our vehicle and beach things. The complex was quiet and so close to fabulous beaches and other amenities. Al was an absolute pleasure to book with and we would whole-heartedly recommend this condo to anyone planning to stay on the Big Island. We will definitely be back!

I would stay here again

My family and I really enjoyed are stay. There were all the beach accessories that we needed to enjoy the beach. The living space is clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kids loved the pool and condo location is very close to the pool. Place is located very close to beautiful beaches. Al was very attentive to any questions that we had and it was much appreciated. We would love to stay here again.

The location of this condo was excellent. Twenty minutes away from the airport, 5-7 minutes away from multiple amazing beaches and right across the street from Queens Market Place. The condo was well furnished, organized and extremely clean. Our family would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in this condo! It is very well equipped with absolutely everything you need. As well, everything from appliances to beach chairs were in excellent repair! Attention to detail was very apparent and on arrival the property was extremely clean. Communication with the owner was tremendous as well, with response to any inquiry immediate! We will be back!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our first trip to the Big Island with accommodations in this spacious condo, conveniently located next to shops, restaurants, golf courses and not far from beaches. Our only regret is that we didn't book more days! We'll be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!
