This condo on North Padre Island has all the conveniences of home and all the relaxing comforts of beach living.
A spacious condo of 1556 sq. ft with two stories of bedrooms and generous living space. A small condominium complex with only 10 units sharing the common areas. Each bedroom has a balcony with a view of Padre lake or the pool. Convenient to great restaurants, clubs, drugstore--yet walking distance from beach!
An open airy floor plan, tastefully furnished with nice touches like granite bartop, glass front kitchen cabinets, and a comfy seating and bedding.
After a day at the beach or sight-seeing, when you are ready for a relaxing evening, you can choose to sit poolside or lounge in your own furnished private fenced patio, and there's always TimeWarner Basic Cable TV and Turbo Internet.
Your vacation condo has a private attached garage, plus penty of driveway and curbside parking available. You can bring your boat/watercraft with no parking worries. The unit is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher cooking utensils, pots, pans, towels etc.
We even have a Keurig for the coffee lovers (bring your own K-cups)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom with tub and separate shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a twin size day bed with a twin trundle.
The couch will also sleep two.

This condo community is small and the common areas are shared by only 10 owners. Of course we love that it is so close to the water and beach. We venture to the beach early in the morning; take a rest during the day and then go back and enjoy the beach again during the sunset and evening hours.
Walk to the beach. Sunrises/ Sunsets over the water. Beachside restrooms and showers. Board walk to sandy beach.
I was hesitant to use the VBRO website because of advertisement scams, but I am glad we did. At first glance of the property when we arrived it wasn’t very appealing but when we walked inside we were blown away at how updated and clean the condo was. My kids enjoyed the guest rooms and the availability of the board games. The kitchen had everything you needed no need to bring anything from home. The pool was very nice but did not appreciate other guests allowing their dog to swim in the pool while my kids were swimming. Proximity of the property from the beach was very convenient, my wife and I enjoyed our morning walks along the oceanfront. I also enjoyed relaxing on the patio and having our own BBQ pit, overall we had a pleasant time and would recommend this property to our family and friends.
WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND THE CONDO HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED. THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE AND WE HAD JUST ENOUGH SPACE. LOVED THE PROXIMITY TO THE POOL AND BEACH.
This place was very clean and had all the upgrades you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a great location, only a short walk to the beach or if you choose something more intimate you're only seconds from your on pool. The only suggestion I have is to upgrade the mattress in the master bedroom. It was extremely soft. Otherwise, great place to stay. Definitely booking it again.
This condo is the perfect size with all of the amenities. Plenty of sleeping and bathrioom space with an awesome outdoor area too. Just across the street the kids can wet a hook! It's not a busy street and it's pretty quiet and peaceful.
The owners are amazing people. I know them personally. They have made a vacation getaway condo feel comfy.
My family of five had a great time at this rental. We usually squeeze into a 2 bedroom on our coastal trips, but I am so glad I found this 3 bedroom for the same price as I have spend on smaller units. This unit was very clean when we arrived and it was fantastic having our own parking spot and a garage.
The kitchen was spotless with plenty of dishes, flatware, and pantry space. I did miss a baking sheet or roasting pan large enough to cook a whole chicken or a roast, but I worked around it. Also, access to a broom & dustpan would have been nice since I prefer to sweep after each meal.
The bedrooms were attractive and had a lot of closet space and comfortable beds. I thought my kids would balk at sleeping on the trundle bed, but instead it was the main attraction. The bathrooms were spacious and the master bath tub was a joy. The only issue upstairs was that the large balcony needed a floor board repaired and each of my children hurt themselves at one point or another forgetting to step over the raised end of the board.
I cooked most of our meals, but we did enjoy a night out at Snoopy's & Scoopy's. Beware of long lines on the weekends though and try to go during the week. On our way out of town, we grabbed some doughnuts at Gate's doughnuts and can't wait to go back on our next visit. Yum.
It was obvious to me that Debi enjoys sharing/renting her property and has a generous spirit. There were games, beach gear, kitchen pantry items and other things placed throughout the property to enhance the guests' stay. I would bring my family back here in a heartbeat.
We ususally get a room at a hotel on the island, but while looking we discovered this website. We would have paid a comparable price for a small hotel room. This was an awsome find, the condo was completely as advertised, it was a home away from home. The host Debi and Vance were outstanding and very attentive, anytime we called and had a question Debi answered within a couple of minutes. The place was spacious and had everything you would need, three bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths,laundry room, garage, community swimming pool, grill cable TV, stove, refrig, microwave ,comfy living room, patio etc..
I would recommed this to anyone, the island has plenty to do but if you need more just across the Cos-Way there are plenty of other attractions, shops and a mall. I had three kids with me and they loved every moment, The beach is just a minute a way and we enjoyed evry minute of it, bon-fire on the beach, cooking hotdogs over the bon-fire and roasting marshmallows.
If I could give this place 6 stars I would. We will most definetly rent again.
