Our home was just purchased, so all furnishings, luxe linens and gourmet kitchen items are new. We are offering a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home. The master ensuite retreat has beautiful mountain views and also boasts a sitting area with a 17' LED TV. Through the master bathroom with full tile shower with dual vanities and a make up station, there is a sitting room with a pull out full sleeper leather sofa. This room has french patio doors opening to the front court yard for full mountain views. The master has a king bed with a full chest of drawers and nightstand. The dual master closets are off the bathroom with one being a walk in. The master has rear yard access through a private door allowing full mountain views from the rear yard and master windows. The two guest bedrooms with queen beds, a chest of drawers, nightstand and closet are adjoined by a full bathroom with tub and shower. One bedroom has a 17' LED TV. There is also an office/den with a twin sleeper chair for an extended family visit or work from home attribute. The open concept living room extends into the kitchen which has dual granite islands and top of the line new stainless gallery appliances, dual wall oven, french door refrigerator/freezer. The eating area has accommodations of up to 8 at the table, 3 more at the island. The laundry room has new front load appliances with steam cleaning. The patio and rear yard are desert landscaped with a table hosting 10 and umbrella. There is a private BBQ hooked up to gas for your convenience. Our home is in a 24 hour guarded/gated community of Trilogy.

Several sets of tee boxes, including the Skins tees that play at nearly 7,200 yards, provide a length that is just right for your golf game. Dramatic water features and sand perils complement the golf course fairways, leading to the rolling greens. The natural California desert landscape of the surrounding Coachella Valley creates a boundary of play both beautiful and daunting. The Golf Club at La Quinta opened for play in 2002 in the ever-beautiful and ever-developing City of La Quinta, which is located in the eastern half of Southern California's Coachella Valley.
Our golf paradise offers 2460 square feet to roam in. For a couple working from home, there is the office/den as well as the sun room located off the master retreat will afford days of peace while surrounded by mountain views. Contact owner for shorter rental stays. These two rooms also afford the ability for extended family/friends stay with pull out sleepers in each room. Our retreat is open concept in the living area that is large enough to roam but furnished with a cozy feel. Rich warm earth tones through out bring it all together for a serene stay to relax and breathe.
This is the largest floor plan in Trilogy. When welcoming family and friends for an evening or a week, there is no stepping over each other. Not only is the home expansive, but with the private entrance to the sunroom from the front court yard at the front of the master ensuite, there is also a private door off the master bedroom leading out to the private back yard to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening taking in the impressive mountain views. All furnishings are new. Luxe linens and towels. Stainless through out the kitchen with granite galore!
This home is more beautiful than the pictures allow. Everything was new, clean and top of the line. The owner was always quick to respond to questions prior to our stay and returned our security deposit right after the maid service cleaned and reviewed the home. The keyless entry, garage door opener, gate transponder and club house passes made our stay carefree. We will definitely return. I dare to write such a rave review that it fills up before we make plans for next year, but they deserve such a review. Kudos to making everything so effortless!
Our home is resort style. It is two blocks from the Santa Rosa Club House which offers a resort style pool with cabanas and BBQ, Health Spa and cafe. The clubhouse also has daily fitness classes house within their world class air conditioned fitness facility of full glass windows sporting the views of the golf course, lake and mountains. There is a 65' movie screen in the theatre room as well as planned events both on and off site. There are computers to use as well as a printing center, conference room and banquet facility. Billiards and ping pong room are yours to enjoy as well.
