Hello, my name is Lisa and I have been enjoying my career as a licensed Real Estate Agent for many years now. I purchased this property for the gorgeous view and the spacious layout, but do not live here full time, so I wanted to share this amazing opportunity!

I would recommend this building/home because it really has one of the most stunning and breathtaking views of the water AND the city at the same time. You have windows facing three separate directions so you get almost a full circle view. It has 2 levels, so you can fit many people comfortably, and is great for entertaining with it's various patios, large TV, and fireplace! Make this your next getaway if you enjoy waking up or falling asleep to the sunrise/sunset.
Some of the best features about this building is how extremely close you are to the beach, and also to Granville Island which is a HUGE historic attraction in Vancouver. Full of live theatre, markets, gift shops, museums, and fun for people of all ages! Also, some of the most exclusive shops and restaurants are located on Davie St, Granville St, and Beach Ave, all of which are located within walking distance to you in case you don't want to worry about parking!
The pictures online don't do this amazing 3 bedroom condo justice. It is spent house with amazing views that are gorgeous. We walked everywhere - no car needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer were very useful.
Steve and Lisa were extremely hospitable and met us on the first and last day. They care about your comfort - it was a warm week and although there is AC, they brought us extra fans!
We will be back but longer next time tons of great shopping, restaurants and scenery. The beach, mountains and city all in one!

This Yaletown penthouse was the perfect place for my family when we visited Vancouver. The property is ideally located next to the Aqua Bus to Granville Island and right in front of an excellent pedestrian and biking path (sea wall) around the city. The penthouse is very well appointed with a complete kitchen, comfortable couches and chairs and the views! Oh my, I sat for hours on the 3 balconies and lounge chair in the living room just admiring the city and surrounding areas. I highly recommend this property. Both Lisa and Steve are excellent hosts and were very easy to work with and accommodating while we were there. You can't go wrong choosing this property!
Very comfortable apartment, well equipped and good location (within walking distance to restaurants). Pleasant and friendly owners, taking over and handing back the apartment was a breeze.
The apartment lived up to the photos published and gave us a very comfortable space for 6 adults. The apartments was situated within walking distance to all areas of interest and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Vancouver. Jenni was very accommodating and Steve meet with us on our departure. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Vancouver.
I am very happy to be the first reviewer to tell you that this penthouse is AMAZING. 5-stars gets thrown around on this site a lot, so I will emphasize that this was the best VRBO experience we've had yet, hands down.
For a highrise condo, there was plenty of space for six adults -- we never felt crowded. The property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The listing description and photos were accurate, and our in-person impression was even better than expected. The only minor discrepancy is that the balcony furnishings were a bit lacking and not as pictured.
Our group loves to cook, and we found the beautiful kitchen somewhat sparsely appointed for efficiently preparing food for six adults (e.g. no 12-inch fry pan). However, this is par for the course with VRBO condos -- so we always bring some of our own essential cookware to supplement. We'd suggest eating out for many of your meals anyway to experience the fantastic restaurants in Vancouver. (Our favorite foodie experience was Fable Kitchen on 4th Ave.)
You're 24 floors up with VIEWS galore. The living room balcony faces NE to a beautiful cityscape, and the bedroom balconies face NW for a peek into English Bay over the Burrard Bridge and Marina. The two upstairs bedrooms share a long, narrow balcony (less than a meter deep). You won't fit a chair out there, but it's a great place to lean and look with your sig-O at night. Privacy was exceptional, as the neighboring penthouse is currently unoccupied.
Then, the LOCATION. You're just steps from the 22km Seawall (our favorite attraction) and the water taxi to Granville Island (interesting, albeit touristy). It's also less than 3km to Stanley Park, a leisurely 30 minute walk or 10 minute bike ride up the coast.
Biking was our favorite way to see Vancouver. We rented from Reckless Electric Bikes (we got non-electric bikes there), just a 5 minute walk up Hornby St. If you plan to bike away from the Seawall, be prepared for occasional *steep* hills throughout the city.
Finally, Lisa and Steve (the owners) were very friendly and professional. They personally met us at arrival and departure and promptly returned our full security deposit within a few days after we left. Their rep, Jenni, was professional and helpful in handling our questions and paperwork via email before our trip. The flexibility on check-in/out times was appreciated!
We had a very comfortable and fun stay and would HIGHLY recommend this rental to our friends.
This home looks even better in person...wonderful place to visit while in Vancouver. We thought the location was premium. Amenities inside the home top of the line and inside building were fabulous. Both Steve and Lisa easy to work with and very accommodating. We would highly recommend this as a place to call home for your vacation. The views from every room are amazing. Our teenagers thought it was the best place ever!
