3 bedroom renovated house for 6 people near the sea

Typical of the first fishermen in the village, all renovated. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One room is a suite with bath. There are 1 double bed and the rest are rooms with double beds. The house was fully restored in recovering the traditional 'Catalan vault' ceilings and turning the whole front of the house an airy and cozy space that integrates the kitchen and lounge. Equipped with all amenities, the house has electric heating and wood stove for the winter. We have a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, TV and DVD player.

jolie mais pas tout à fait conforme à l'annonce: le four ne marche pas (l'avarie est signalée la veille de l'arrivée ) la télé est en panne et sera réparée au bout d'une semaine,le nettoyage pour lequel il faut obligatoirement payer est très superficiel (voir le réfrigérateur,les armoires)la batterie de cuisine date du temps des grands parents et ne correspond pas aux normes de sécurité actuelles, chaque chambre est encombrée de vêtements ,pantoufles matériel pour bébé,que le locataire n'a pas particulièrement envie de fréquenter, Enfin, les fourmis,sont partout présentes et à tout moment de la journée,impossiblesà déloger de leur circuit sur les murs sous peine de décoller le plâtre . Cependant la maison est bien placée ,et quand on aime comme nous Port de la Selva,on ne peut que souhaiter que la "jolie maison de pécheur" soit réellement rénovée.

We are at the end of the village 2 minutes walk from the main beaches of the town. It located in a quiet street with little traffic, you get used to being able to park close to home even in the middle of August. We are close to the intersection of roads to the sports Yacht Club (CNPS), the beaches and the road to the Gulf of La Tamariua, a wonderful cove and within the natural park of Cabo de Creus that retains its wild and natural charm. It is a quiet area overlooking the open bay of the village and 5 minutes walk from the town center and therefore the commercial area sea.
