Enjoy Coronado indoor/outdoor living at its finest with our large grass back yard (over 10,500 sq foot corner lot), 1000sqft of front and back patios with outdoor kitchen, fireplace, 2 dining areas, porch, kids play structure, La Cantina disappearing doors to the great room = plenty of space for entertaining.
Inside enjoy the great room with 13 ft vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen, 13 foot island, breakfast bar, farm table with seating for 10, fireplace, 65" Smart TV, High Speed wifi, and comfortable seating area and hardwood floors throughout. A full size washer and dryer in separate laundry room, everything you need for the beach(chairs, wagon, toys, towels!), quiet cul-de-sac location yet central to beach, town, parks! Coronado Beach was named America's Best Beach 2012.
We are a young family of 3 boys (6, 2 and 6 months old.) We bought the property in June 2013 and spent the next two years designing and building our dream home with the help of Christian Rice Architects.
This is our forever home. We'd love to share it with your family this summer while we travel to Florida for a family reunion (renting a house through VRBO!)

Grew up in Coronado and wanted to raise our family here. There is no better place than the small town/atmosphere of Coronado with all the benefits of being 5 minutes from the big city of San Diego.
My family stayed here for 10 days in August and had a great time, the house was in a great location 5 mins to beach and quiet for relaxing at home. The house is close to shopping and restaurants and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The owner Laura who I talked to and emailed was very helpful in making sure our stay was great and accommodated us with whatever we needed. We also would like to thank her for the gift package on arrival that was unexpected hope to stay again and have no negatives I would post. Thanks a bunch for letting us stay at your place.
