The building began its life over 100 years ago as an lantern shop where craftsman of handwork was making a paper lantern. It was renovation completely in 2007.
Please use one building in a reservation gracefully only by you. After arriving, a key of the front door is handed, so going in and out of is also free, so you may probably enjoy the vacation done slowly at Fukuoka and Yame and the interchange on the freeway is also close, so there are a lot of fact persons who use for a base of Kyushu sightseeing, too.
The traditional arts and crafts which seem to be Japan are a remaining area even now in Yame-shi. The tea plantation where Japanese best is making good tea is a superb view nonesuch. The paper tour of Mr. Craftsman's ateliers where a* bamboo work, a carpenter, a family Buddhist altar, a paper lantern, a bow and arrow, a tub, a stick of incense and pottery are handwork would also be fun!
Below is the explanation in a building.
(1) Something necessary to the cooking by which share kitchen space: is a stove, tableware, a pot, a glass, a refrigerator and a microwave, etc. has complete set of minimum, so you can take a meal freely. There are a supermarket and a convenience store in a nearby place, and the supply of the ingredients is also possible easily.

(3) A restroom: 1 Western-style toilet is ahead of the connecting corridor.
(4) Bathroom and dressing room: There are a shower and a bathtub (the size by which an adult stretches the leg and puts it in).
There are face washing and a washing machine (It's available for free of charge.) in the dressing room.
A Japanese traditional art is itself for the design of the windowpane.
There is the 2nd floor of Tatamibe shop in 3 rooms (8 mats (about 16 square meters), 8 mats (about 16 square meters) and 6 mats (about 12 square meters)). It's possible to settle by Japanese traditional doors (sliding door) respectively.
You lie down on a futon (We prepare one for the number of people beforehand.) It's possible to look at a courtyard from a bedroom and a warehouse of a Japanese traditional white wall (I dwell at present.) is seen ahead of it, and it would be possible to be very open and enjoy the landscape of the Japanese past.
