The house is located in a perfect location. The Champions Gate complex is just a stone's throw away from Disney World. The house is new and very modern. It has 2 large bedrooms (king size bed),1 bedroom (queen size bed), plus 2 rooms with 2 single beds. Upstairs you will find a TV lounge with a 50" TV & PS3, which allows for a comfortable social evenings.

Brand New Addition: Garage games room with Ping Pong table and New Air Hockey Table along with a Bartop table and 2 stools to watch all the action.

Upon request cribs, high-chairs, strollers and pack & play sets are available. The house is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, air conditioning, washer, dryer and BBQ grill. Linens, and beach, - bath and hand towels, to hair dryer's all there.

In addition, we offer complimentary wireless Internet, ample patio furniture and sun loungers.


The outdoor area features a swimming pool, which has its own separate spa. The terrace is partly covered and offers seating and dining, plus BBQ Grill. The patio and pool, the entire area is screened in.

We have been looking for a vacation home in the Reunion/Champions Gate area of Orlando for 3 years and fell in love instantly with the home and development at the Retreat when we first visited back in May 2013.

We also have been VRBO renters for the past 10 years so we know a thing or two about what families are looking for in a vacation rentals.

it was such a pretty house 5 bedroom awesome me and my family fit right in with the house and the the tv's where perfect and working the pool was so cool and relaxing i think it was the best

Very disappointed with amenities and management co.

Upon arrival, we found the property to be clean and nicely furnished however, we experienced issues with the amenities and management co. We noticed that one tv would not work at all and there was an additional charge ($30 per day) for pool and the spa/hot tub heat. A call was immediately placed to the management co and we were told we'd be called back. Instead, a gentleman (Alex) from the management co arrived the next morning. We informed him of the issue with the tv and my disappointment about the surprise pool and spa/hot tub heat charge that was not communicated. He said he would arrange for someone from maintenance to come out to inspect the tv later in the day and that the heat would be turned on by the next day. Unfortunately, maintenance did not come out nor was the pool and spa/hot tub heat turned on the following day. So another call was placed and went unreturned from management. I called again the next day and spoke with Carl who identified himself as the maintenance man. He said they've been trying to get the cable company to come out for 5 days now and thought it would be unlikely that they would come at all before our departure in 2 days. I told him I didn't think it was an issue with cable since the other tvs were working properly and asked him to come out to look at the tv. Instead he tried to talk me through how to properly turn it on and got frustrated when I repeated we've attempted those troubleshooting steps and the tv was still not turning on. Then he proceeded to tell me the spa is not a hot tub and even though the thermostat said the temp could be set up to 92 degrees that it was reading 70 on his end and as far as he was concerned, the heat was on and that was the hottest it would get (meanwhile I was staring at the steam coming off a neighbors spa/hot tub). I told him that I was not satisfied with his answers and wanted someone from maintenance and the pool company to come out he proceeded to raise his voice and talk to me as if I were stupid, told me the other tvs in the house should be sufficient and then hung up on me and would not take my calls. Someone from the pool company arrived shortly after and confirmed the heat was not working and that they needed a part to fix it and that was the last I heard or saw of them. The tv was never fixed nor was the heat for the pool and spa/hot tub. I remain appalled by how unprofessional the maintenance representative was and managements overall lack of responsiveness and communication.

Owner's Response: As owner of the management company responsible for 1445 Moon Valley Drive I regret, Alisha, that your stay was not satisfactory. It is always my objective to optimize the experience for all guests and for my employer, the property owner. That did not happen here, and while regrettable, I feel we were responsive, comprehensive in our attempts to address your issues, and that we consistently communicated with you throughout your stay. Cable TV - During your stay, two of the seven TV's in the home malfunctioned . Staff came out twice to run our protocols and when it was clear it was a technical problem we could not fix we engaged the cable provider to schedule maintenance as quickly as possible informing you immediately of our place in queue. Pool Heat Pricing - Pool heat is always an optional purchase as based on guest preference and time of year, guests often pass on it. This information and placement of it on our reservation screen is designed to ensure prospective guests must review it as they complete a reservation. I did, however, waive the pool heat charge for your stay after you arrived and we mutually discovered the misunderstanding. . Pool Heat Malfunction- Because your reservation did not request it, the pool heater had not been activated in preparation for your stay. We turned it on as soon as you accepted our offer to provide it free of charge, however, it takes a number of hours for the pool to reach the desired temperature. When it became clear that despite allowing for time the water was not heating, we dispatched a pool company technician who informed us there was in fact a malfunction but the part needed was not in stock. Staff dedicated time to calling multiple other pool companies in the hopes of finding a part in-stock in the area but without success and we all, you and us, had to live with the multiple day delivery and ultimate fix. I understand and empathize with the frustration that unexpected issues can cause when you are looking -and paying for- "a worry free vacation". Awesome House

We recently spent 4 nights in this house and found it very enjoyable. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Would recommend if a 5 bedroom meets your needs.
