This rare beach level, Gulf-front condo Unit #1 is in Holiday Villas III, located at 18610 Gulf Boulevard in Indian Shores, Florida on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

This large, beach level, two bedroom, two bathroom condo sleeps six comfortably. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a private bath with a patio door to the heated swimming pool. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room and bedrooms have cable TV and DVD. There are 3 recliners in the living room for your comfort.

The spacious living area walks out to your own covered patio facing the beach with a barbecue area close by. View this beautiful Beach and sunsets from the comfort of your Kitchen, Living room or patio.

A private boat dock on the intercoastal waterway is available for you at a nominal fee.

You will have one reserved parking space next to the condo entrance with additional parking available on a first come first serve basis.

PLEASE - smoking only allowed on the patio.

Great Beach Vacation!!

We loved the 2 bedroom Condo!! It is very spacious with an open concept. You couldn't want for anymore space. It is directly on the beach with the living room overlooking the beach and there are glass sliders in the master bedroom over looking the pool area. You can sit in one of the rocker recliners and watch the boats go by or just people watch. Whatever your pleasure is. The place was neat and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and plenty of utensils. Even some bbq utensils. There is a huge closet in the master bedroom and there were all kinds of beach items in there plus many good books. Wish we could have stayed longer! I really enjoyed this place and we plan to come back very soon.. ... Check the pictures out...pictures reflect it's appearance. We are both a bit older and loved the ground foor! Couldn't ask for a better location either...everything you need or want is within a short drive. The patio is shared with condo #2 and we met the nicest people staying there. We even became friends on facebook! Lovely folks. Loved that patio...sat out there in the morning drinking coffee and planning our day and in the evening.. sipping on a margarita.... watching the sunsets! Very relaxing!!! We will be back!!! :)

Great Family Beach Vacation

Our stay in 2 bedroom unit was wonderful. Owners were very helpful and responded quickly, answering any questions we had during our reservation period. My brother-in-law ended up renting 1 bedroom unit, next door, also. Owner sent a very nice “Welcome Packet", with lots of helpful information regarding the unit, the area and other information. Pictures accurately reflect condo’s appearance. Units were clean and well maintained. The ground floor patio was great!! We had family staying in a unit on the 5th floor and we used the outdoor grills right next to the patio and usually ate our meals, right in the patio area. You can sit on the patio and have full view of the kids playing volley ball or stick ball in the sand. Such a short walk to the beach was very convenient. All beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishes, pots, bowls, utensils, etc. Nice leather couch, 3 rocker recliners that were very comfortable. Condo was clean and updated. Walk-in master closet had books to read and some sand buckets and a few other items for kids to use in the sand. Plenty of shopping nearby, Publix supermarket is less than 2 miles and lots of beach restaurants nearby. We had a friend who brought his boat to the boat dock right across from condo, to take us out on the intercostal for the day. You can reserve a boat slip with the office and use the dock for a small fee of about $10.00 for 24 hours. A city boat ramp is right next door, you can trailer your boat and put it in the water right next to the dock. We would recommend to our friends and relatives!

Had a Great Time

To say the least "WE had a GREAT time". My Mom & Dad were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations, and enjoyed the private patio. My family came from around the U.S. to be there for my parents 65th Anniversary. I can honestly say, "We'll be back again". - Ed & Christene L. / Stayed in both condos

Absolutely no pride in ownership shown here. I was lied too during all the problems and lied to after all the problems. Did everyone else enjoy sleeping with the black mold in the master bedroom? I guess your sheets weren't full of sand when you arrived like ours were. And the kicker and what I was lied to about are the drains there. The master bath barely drained when we arrived and then on the second night there the drains back flowed and flooded the bathrooms. Plumbers didn't arrive till the day before we left even after waiting around for two days after the flooding for the plumbers to come because that was what i was told. A busted window I was supposed to cater too also. Other problems too but i think you get the point. I spent at least half of my vacation waiting around and playing phone tag with his problems ON MY VACATION!!! And he acted like I was inconveniencing him but he had no problems ruining my vacation with his problems and taking my money for it.

Owner's Response: We do take great pride in ownership and strive to make all of our guest’s vacations as pleasant as can be by providing a clean and comfortable home away from home. We are out of town owners but have a professional management team in place to handle any problems that may arise both quickly and with as little interruption as possible. For this reason we feel this review to be unfair and would like a chance to explain. First, during the week that this guest stayed with us, super storm Sandy was heading up the coast with 70+ mph winds and dumping record amounts of rain causing much flooding in the area. This caused the shower drain in our unit #1 to back up as it is located on the ground floor. Upon hearing of the problem, we contacted a local plumber to fix the problem and were informed that there had been too much water in such a short period of time and the drain system was overloaded. They did what they could on this weekend call but informed us it would take another day of work to fix the problem completely. This guest then also informed us of a problem with a broken window on the property that was discovered when they went to open it. We were not previously aware of. We contacted a repair company to go to the property and fix the window as soon as possible. Again, with the massive storms all around the area, the company assures us they did the best they could to get the repair done in a timely manner as to not inconvenience our guests. Local residents informed us that they had never seen rain like this before. We did give this customer that wrote this review a $150.00 credit for their inconvenience and have offered them 1 free night during a future stay with us and thought that was acceptable as it was accepted with no other requests at the time. Again, we do have great pride in ownership and therefore, many returning guests with very positive feedback and we always welcome suggestions on how we can make your stay better.

There is a $100.00 cancellation fee if your reservation is cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival. If it is within 60 days of your reservation the deposit will be forfeited and you will be refunded only if the unit can be re-rented for the same dates & monies. If we are able to rent the unit for the same or less money you will be refunded that amount.

$300.00 deposit reserves the condo with the balance not due until you arrive.
