Clean, cozy, comfortable - fabulous location.

  • 5 of 5

My husband and I had a great weekend getaway with my brother and his wife. This place was perfect as it has one and a half bathrooms - a selling point for two couples. Being a couple of blocks from Golden Gate Park, it would sure be a fabulous place to stay with your kids as well. We took advantage of this great location to walk to a bike rental shop and cycle to the Presidio for a gorgeous view of the bridge and a great day out in the sun. Walked to Haight-Ashbury, over to Alamo Square, back over to Safeway for some groceries - easy! Then, when we wanted to venture across town, we took a cheap Lyft ride...but the buses are close by as well. James was a terrific host. So friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property!

Lots of space, nice kitchen, shower uncomfortable

  • 3 of 5

Good location with easy walk to DeYoung, clean, roomy, nice kitchen. We had trouble with showering in new, old style tub, curtain sucked in on each of us, small space to maneuver. Had unresolved electrical issues, only one small lamp in each bedroom, no overhead lights or tvs in bedrooms. Parking included was a big plus.

Warrington, U.K.

Great place for enjoying San Francisco and nearby

  • 5 of 5

We are a family from England. We love the location of the apartment, walking to Clement street, De Young museum, Academy of Science and Golden Gate Park, etc. There are tons of restaurants on Balboa, Geary and Clement streets. Safeway is across the street. Groceries from Clement street are a lot cheaper. Going downtown is very easy by bus, #5, #31, #38. Going to Napa Valley is easy, even if you don't have a car. There is Golden Gate transit bus on Geary Blvd. We really enjoyed our stay.
