This 2 king bedroom, 2.5 bath, with 2 full size futons, furnished deck, is located on the 4th foor of the historic S&W building, right in the heart of Downtown Asheville.

Parking is available in several Municipal Parking Garages (Rankin, Civic Center, Aloft Hotel, Wall Street) located within a 1 - 3 block walk of the S&W building, at guest's expense. The first hour of parking is $1.25, $1.00 per hour for each hour or fraction thereof, daily maximum parking $10. On street metered parking is FREE Saturday 6PM-Monday 8AM, and all city holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Friday after Thanksgiving, and Christmas (3 days). Special event single occurrence: $7; Multi-day event: $5.

Gorgeous loft, terrific location
Right downtown next to the small park where they play the drums on Friday nights. That was pretty fun. The deck has a beautiful view of the mountains and was a wonderful place to have a glass of wine. My wife sometimes needs a wheelchair and everything was easily accessible with a master bedroom on the main level. The kitchen was well stocked although we ate out almost entirely. Highly recommend!
Well appointed and GREAT location!
This loft worked perfectly for our all-adult group of 6. The apartment was very clean and very well-appointed (i.e. the bedding - pillows, sheets, blankets - were premium and the towels were fluffy). All the information and directions provided before we arrived were accurate and helpful. We didn't need to have an actual key to access the building or the apartment which worked especially well when our group went separate ways and met back up at the loft. This apartment worked well for us and provided everyone with enough privacy plus a good gathering area for hanging out. It has a great outdoor deck (it was a tad too cold for us to enjoy it) which doubles the size of the common area. We enjoyed three fantastic local restaurants - Limones, Night Bell and Smoky Park Supper Club - the first two are within walking distance of the loft (like under 5 minutes) and the Supper Club was a short Uber ride away. It's also situated just across from Tupelo Honey and Maybels for breakfast.
Fantastic Stay at Roberts Loft
This was a fantastic, centrally located loft in the heart of downtown Asheville. It’s gorgeous inside, a great layout with plenty of space for four adults and two kids, who shared the loft upstairs. Walking distance to all the best restaurants, shops, and breweries. The team at AVL was so nice and helpful, we would definitely rent this loft, and from AVL again!
We stayed here for a 3-night visit to Asheville, 2 couples. We can't say more about how nice this condo is! The layout is perfect with one master bedroom downstairs with a king bed and another master suite upstairs off the loft area. It gives you plenty of room to relax and be in your own space if you choose, or enjoy the main living room or deck for some time with each other. We sat on the deck every night for Happy Hour and enjoyed the sights of Asheville and the distance mountains, we were amazed how quiet the space was considering we were in the heart of the city! We ate out for all of our meals, but if you wanted to stay in and cook, the kitchen is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The coffee and creamer that is provided was plentiful and certainly was nice to have when we got up in the morning. The unit is decorated beautifully and is super clean, and the location is about as perfect as it gets. The property manager Beth is super attentive and was there if you needed her. We will be back to Robert's Loft, it's superb in every way!
Fantastic loft in wonderful location!
My husband and I met two friends in Asheville and chose the Roberts Loft for our stay. It was a GREAT decision! The loft, in addition to being extremely comfortable and private, is just steps away from delicious restaurants and great shopping. We only used our car to go to Biltmore, Biltmore Village and Grove Park Inn. The loft is very well designed with a good sized great room (large flat screen tv), dining area, well appointed and stocked kitchen, powder room and deck with nice chairs, table and umbrella. The king master bedroom (another large flat screen tv) has an ensuite bath (with a tub and shower). The bedroom accesses the balcony. There's also a washer and dryer tucked behind a door in the powder room. Upstairs, and on the opposite side of the loft, is another master with ensuite bath (shower only). Just before you enter the upstairs bedroom is a true loft which has 2 futons and a large flat screen tv. This overlooks the great room downstairs. It, combined with the bedroom and bath, make a great upstairs suite. The overall feeling of the entire unit is very spacious. The owners have tried to think of everything that might make your stay just about perfect. The management team is very quick to respond and check in to make sure everything's as you would expect. We couldn't have asked for more and were extremely happy to have more than two bedrooms in a hotel in which to relax and catch up. The cost was reasonable for all that we got. Kudos to the owners and management team. We hope to return one day.
Great location perfect for two couples
We spent a long weekend and enjoyed walking downtown Asheville, dining out, shopping and never needing our car. The condo had all the amenities and was perfect for 2 couples with plenty of private spaces. Great patio.
