Reviewer Comments:
Great spot, very convenient to downtown Estes Park and both eastern entrances to RMNP. This house is a charming 100+ year old cottage, which suited our 4 person family nicely. The house is as appears in all of the pictures and the management company was easy to work with, though we had no issues. Our only comment is that the house interior could use an update to improve lighting and make it feel a bit larger. Claire's restaurant was delicious, Sombrero Stables provided a great trail ride for the family, Poppy's restaurant was a disappointment, Estes Park ATV rentals gave a great adventure and RMNP never failed to amaze us!

Property had 1 small floor A/C unit in dinning room and was totally inadequate for the whole house. Got hot. Bathroom sliding door would not move, so had to go to the bathroom or shower with the door open. Furniture was old and smelled bad.

Great location and very comfortable property. Stayed during end of June 2017: 3 adults and 2 kids. The property is very close to the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and a lovely short walk from the center of town. Instructions for check-in, check out and parking were very well explained and the place was very clean and had all of the furnishings/amenities necessary. Only small issues we had were that A/C was tricky to manage and there was some water leakage from master bathtub when showering (door not sealing properly). Overall great stay.

Great property! We were extremely pleased with quality of this rental. It was very clean, had all the basics we needed, and is in a great location to town (we walked to most all the shops, etc). My only complaint would be that the pillows are very flat and could stand to be replaced. The property management company was very easy to work with and answered all our questions very quick. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A group of us 5 women stayed here. It was very quiet and so close to down town - in 60 seconds we were on the main street. Mule deer walked right by the front of the house. The beds were absolutely wonderful, but the bunk bed mattress on the bottom bunk was not meant for an adult.
Within steps of the downtown area, you are right in the middle of the small resort town of Estes Park. The town has a year round population of approximately 5,000 people, has wonderful mountain views, variety of food and tons of shops. The town also offers a free shuttle to Rocky Mountain National Park so you can spend hours viewing birds and wildlife or hiking/biking on the trails. The Park also offers great wildlife programs and information about the Estes Valley.
