|Minimum Stay||2 - 3 nights|
This property has so much to offer! The location is so convenient, just 1 block off the main street. No need to move your car as you will be able to walk everywhere. In addition to being able to walk to shops, restaurants, amusements, movies, and great outdoor venues, the local free shuttle stop is just steps away. Once on the shuttle, you can get all over town and into Rocky Mountain National Park! The house is very modern with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds. The main bathroom has a unique claw foot tub with a shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a great dining area with seating for 6 where the family can gather for meals or a game night from some of the board games available for use. The living area has a gas fireplace to relax after a day about town. The property also features a small deck on the front of the house, a gas grill and wireless internet to keep you connected. Everything you could imagine to make your vacation amazing!
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
A group of us 5 women stayed here. It was very quiet and so close to down town - in 60 seconds we were on the main street. Mule deer walked right by the front of the house. The beds were absolutely wonderful, but the bunk bed mattress on the bottom bunk was not meant for an adult.
This is our second time at this property. The first was in July, the second in November. I was pleased to see some of the furniture had been replaced, making it more comfortable for our family. Location to downtown is very good. I love walking along the river just down the hill.
The home was clean and had plenty of room for the entire family. It was in easy walking distance to the downtown shops and local dining. Easy access to RMNP. Would stay here again when we come back. Owner was very pleasant to work with and allowed us accommodations we needed for our family.
The house is older but nice & comfortable. The stairs were a pain, but there is a same level entrance through a bedroom that worked better for our elderly family members. Parking is practically non-existent which caused some issues as we had several vehicles. It was nice that it did have AC as most of the Windows did not open which is a must in the mountains during the summer. Managed by property management group, so we did not receive the personal touches or quick response to questions & issues as at other properties we have stayed.
This was an adorable and nicely decorated house, although it didnt have central air. There was an air conditioner in the dining room, but With the windows open and ceiling fans on, it was still cool enough in the rest of the house at night even on 80 degree days. A 1 block walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Only concern was parking on the street. Very cozy house with the good location.
My family of four (two adults, one 7 year old, one 4 year old) stayed in this house for our recent vacation to Estes Park. The property is quaint and very charming. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit, including soap, towels, paper products (we brought our own self care items). My kids loved the old fashioned claw tub and the features of the beds (one is a trundle, the other has "secret compartments." My kids also really enjoyed the many books, drawing items and board games the house was stocked with - great idea! I loved the huge fridge - perfect for restaurant leftovers AND stocking with our own goods. The location couldn't have been better, a block off the main street. We were typically out and about in the mornings, could walk back for my 4 yr. old's afternoon nap, and then walk right back to town to explore more. Quiet when we wanted it to be, but close enough to walk to pretty much anything or to catch the free trolleys. We did have a car and parked across a street a block or so away - we were thankful to know ahead of time there was no parking AT the property, but because of the great location, it wasn't a problem. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend to small families or those who come and go a lot. My only recommendation would be to perhaps add a grill.
Within steps of the downtown area, you are right in the middle of the small resort town of Estes Park. The town has a year round population of approximately 5,000 people, has wonderful mountain views, variety of food and tons of shops. The town also offers a free shuttle to Rocky Mountain National Park so you can spend hours viewing birds and wildlife or hiking/biking on the trails. The Park also offers great wildlife programs and information about the Estes Valley.
