Overview

About the property

6 Bedroom A-frame water front home with wood burning fireplace, beautiful views

Located on Willow Point

Beautiful, spacious year round home loaded with all the amenities makes this property a shoe-in for entertaining whether it's boating season or ski season.

163' level beachfront. No cliffs or stairs!

Traditional 'A' frame with cathedral ceilings, loft area and fireplace. Plenty of sliding doors on both levels for breezy, cool nights. Easy access to lake via walk out basement. Cars can drive straight to the water. Perfect rental any time of year. Boat and swim in the summer, gather with friends/family for holiday season, ice fish, ice skate and ski in the winter.

Honeoye is one of the smaller Finger Lakes which means it warms up sooner in the summer months and freezes over in the winter months. My request to my family is to have our boat in the water by Mothers Day in early May. Most years we are out in the water by then! Memorial Day and early June are the best kept secrets of the lake. Off season rates apply as well. Great for February break. Stay within 30 minutes to Bristol Mountain Ski Resort for skiing or ice skate on the lake!

Grocery store and restaurants in town. Marina with boat rentals on lake.

Plenty of parking and room for boat trailers.

Launch your boat from our level shale beach. 3 docks for boats and fishing.

Two kayaks, one canoe, one paddle boat and plenty of water tubes and toys for your use.

Spacious living and beach area for:

House was great!! Plenty of room and space!

  • 5 of 5

The house was wonderful! We loved using the paddleboat and canoes to get out on the water. Plenty of rooms and enough space that you weren't on top of each other. Great location and close to food and wineries!

Nice large cottage

  • 4 of 5

The cottage had plenty of room and was clean. The shoreline was very long, which seems to be in short supply in the Finger Lakes. The huge back yard was definitely a plus. Fishing was also very good and the property is centrally located.

Great Time Again!!

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had a great time. This was our second visit, the Lake House was clean and felt like home. DeAnn is great with communications. We had a great week, fishing, boating, and just relaxing on the deck. We will be back!!!

Amazing Lake House!!

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing time at this cottage/lake house. Everyone wished that they had more time to spent at this place. House was cozy as well as big enough to fit our family and friends. Lots of water sport accessories like Kayak, canoes, paddle boat and inflatables. The pictures on this page does not do justice to how it really is. The whole house looks better in person than in the pictures. I really want to thank DeAnn for making this get-together a special one. We will definitely come back again.

Regards,

Pratik and Friends

Wonderful home!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at this property over Thanksgiving with 8 of us having plenty of room to roam around and not be on top of one another in this house. Owners were very easy to work with. DeAnn was actually at the house when we arrived dropping off firewood. A pleasure to meet a homeowner after 10+ years of renting through homeaway.com! It was a warm feeling and very cozy to have the fireplace at this time of year. Plenty of sleeping places for everyone too. We go away every Thanksgiving so that my mom and I don't have to work as much for the holiday. We hope to return to this property again.
