Best thing about our home is that it is quiet! We are located in a great little town known as Napili, literally steps away from the beach (Napili Bay & Kapalua Bay) and steps away from everything that Kapalua has to offer! Our private condo is located just 200 steps to the beach and provides your family/friends with over 1400 square feet of interior living area, and 500 square feet of private back yard, 2 car private garage, central a/c, and luxurious accommodations, all located on a private end unit in the Napili Gardens complex.

Slice of heaven!

Can't say enough great things about our stay at Ryan and Sarah's condo. The condo included comforts of home like a pack-n-play which made sleeping arrangements for our son a breeze, washer and dryer, beach chairs/toys/towels, wine cooler, kitchen stocked for ease of cooking. It really was like being at home, but in paradise. The beach, restaurants and surf shop were all an easy walk from the condo. The beach offered some amazing snorkeling!!

Market was just a short drive away.

We never felt at a loss for things to do with the detailed book of attractions that Ryan and Sarah made to keep in their condo.

Traveling the road to Hana and seeing the luau are just some of our favorite memories. We can't wait to return!

Beautiful and Quiet Property in Great Location!

We loved this place and it's proximity to Napili Bay which was just a short walk across the street to the ocean. The complex is very safe and quiet. We appreciated the beach chairs and beach towels for our outings to Napili and other beaches. There was excellent snorkelling with lots of turtles and humuhumunukunukuapuaa's right at Napili Bay. It is beautifully decorated which made it very comfortable to just be there and relax; we loved the large deck which is where we ate most of our meals. There is a Farmer's Market close by on Wednesdays...I believe. The only challenge for us was that the garage is below the unit with no direct access, so we frequently had to go outside and down the stairs to be sure we closed the garage door (we're older and forgetful) There is a sensor at Home Depot that we have in our own home so if we are upstairs in bed we can just look to see if the light is green which indicates the garage door is closed; it would be helpful to have that in the unit by the front door.

What a piece of Paradise!!

This is a beautiful well maintained home. The furnishings are very high end and well thought out. The four post bed in the master was a surprise and absolutely beautiful! Each bedroom has a smart TV which made it great for everyone to have their own space and watch whatever they wanted on Netflix. The back deck was perfect for hanging out on after a long day of exploring. The kitchen is well stocked and high end. Beautiful Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay were both a short walk from the condo. We were basically in Kapalua and walked the ocean walk trail almost every morning. My son ran to the Ritz every morning. We walked to dinner a few nights: Merrimans (which has a wonderful sunset deck area for cocktails) and Seahouse. You can also walk to Pineapple Grill and Gazebos! We loved the location! The supermarket was about a 2 min drive. Ryan was an amazing host and we will be back soon!!

Not exactly "Luxurious," but OK. Ryan was GREAT!

PROS: Very clean. Very close, walkable distance to beach. Short drive to grocery store, mini mall. A/C worked great. TVs worked great. Furniture in excellent shape. Beds comfortable. Ceiling fans in bedrooms. Good water pressure in showers. HUGE refrigerator. Very well equipped kitchen. Lovely landscaping off the deck in back. NO BUGS inside.

CONS: Firstly, Ryan, the Owner, was extremely receptive to our needs, which included an icemaker that was clogged up and not working, a garage door clicker that didn't work, no airbed (as promised), "sleeps 8", but towels for 6. Construction (noise) and construction vehicles (that made backing out of the garage nearly impossible and were parked in a FIRE LANE) for the first 3 days of our visit. Ryan had a "Fix It Turnaround Time" within 24 hours, which was greatly appreciated.

The photos make this unit look a log BIGGER than it really is. Beware. The Master Bedroom was very spacious, however there was no door to its Master Bath, so if the door to the bedroom is open, the toilet is just 5' in and in full view (?!) The other 2 guest rooms (1 KING, 1 QUEEN) were VERY SMALL. Barely enough room to walk around the bed, small impractical tables, and the only set of drawers inside the closet in each one. NO HOOKS FOR HANGING ANYTHING. Holes in the wall because the doorknobs were longer than the door stops. Kinda tacky.

The biggest hassle was that our reservation read "Monday, June 5th THROUGH Thursday, June 15." Now in my mind, "Through" means including. As a result of this misunderstanding, we were forced to vacate Unit 10 for Unit 6 the last night of our stay, June 15. Ryan told one of our party that "this has happened before," when he used the term "through." Suggestion: Use the kind of language the professionals use to avoid these misunderstandings - ARRIVAL DATE: 6/5/17, DEPARTURE DATE: 6/16/17. Despite this misunderstanding, Ryan was extremely helpful in getting us into a unit just 4 doors down for the last night of our stay, for which we were EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!

Owner's Response: Thank you Carol for your response. We are happy that you found many positives about our home. During your stay we attended to your every need immediately and your party seemed very thankful and pleased with our home. When we arrived to bring you a bag of ice and fix the ice maker it was not broken, it is a brand new LG with a door icebox that was not able to keep up with your party’s use. I apologise but am glad we were able to bring you more ice per your request. We arrived immediately to reprogram the garage clicker, our home does not provide an air mattress as we have a pull out sofa sleeper but we were more than happy to bring one up to you. We leave plenty of extra towels in the hall closet and master bathroom cabinet, we would have been more than happy to assist you in locating them but we were not aware that you needed more. The construction was from our neighbours and once made aware we had them move their work vehicles to a new location which was only for 1 day. Our home square footage is directly located on our link in VRBO, we apologize that you assumed it was larger. It is 1500 sqft which is quite large for a Maui home. We have installed a door to the master bathroom since your review for our future guests. I’m sorry that the nightstands did not work out for you, we have never had a complaint on room size or furniture. Each bedroom has a dresser and a closet to hang garments. Lastly, with our check-in letter we verified that the “language” used was arrive on…depart on…I am sorry that your party misread the check out date. Thankfully, we had a unit available for your party. We assisted you with your move and you all apologised greatly for the misunderstanding and we specifically said “this has not happened before” and you all laughed about it and said “of course.” Your review comes shocking to us as we assisted you throughout your stay and everyone seemed very pleased with the accommodations and assistance. We look forward to having you again.

beautiful Maui

I had been to Lahaina, Maui 19 years ago and stayed at a hotel. Staying in a beautiful home with "all the comforts of home" was a much better option. We were a group of six adults and one child and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area was great..a short walk to a beach, short drive to shopping. Everything worked out great for us. Having a full size laundry was a definite plus - we went home with all clean laundry! One note I will make, is that the laundry supplies are in a cupboard on the wall. I had not realized that until someone in our group checked this cupboard and saw there was plenty there. It was nice to have "leftovers" from other guests so you don't have to buy seasonings, and other important, but very little used, ingredients. We left unopened food (that we were too busy to eat) for the next guests. We needed one minor maintenance thing taken care of and Ryan came promptly. It was just my sister in the house when he came, and she said he was a nice man and they had a great chat.

All in all, a very busy but lovely trip to Hawaii.

What a wonderful location in a tropical paradise minutes walk from the beach, we truly felt at home!

The location was the next best thing to being right on the ocean! The beaches are a 5 minute walk once you figure out where they are (2 world class beaches in the vicinity). The home is very clean and has all of the amenities needed for our family of 5 + 2 grandparents = 7. Maybe add a few more forks, otherwise the BBQ was great, back porch, and rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed making our own meals especially breakfast, packed our own lunches and the odd supper. Groceries are close with a small market 2 minute drive away or go to the Safeway in Lahaina (about 15 minute drive). The location as described is within local residential/farm/acreage area and is very safe. Was cool to hear the roosters in the morning on the adjacent properties. The locals are all so very nice and polite, just like us northern Canadians so we got along great! Great location to take walks and explore, there is even a public park called Napili Park (2 minute drive) with playground and open grassed fields, baseball, that we went to several times to play in the park, or kick the soccer ball around all within view at higher elevation of the ocean! Many of the friendly locals went there too and had great conversations. Ryan was really responsive to a couple questions we had. Ryan, one of the the FOB's for the garage door and entry gate didn't work but there was an extra one for each that worked fine. Maui in general is slightly more expensive as it is an island but my wife found a really great place to enjoy a meal on the Kapula golf course area where all the rich people hang out. We found an ABC store called the Honolua Store which besides having many tourist type take home items, they have a full kitchen where you can order meals and enjoy them outside on their porch or take home. They give you huge portions for example the famous local plate called the Loco Moco (can get with beef, pork, Spam, fish) with lots of rice and sauces, so yummy, starting at $ 6.99 US and up depending what you order. Our picky kids loved it and my wife and I had a hard time finishing our meals usually taking home to save and use later. Anyways, we will be planning to return hopefully in a couple years. We loved the location, thank you!
