About Angela Zaragoza

Currently residing in Seattle, Washington, we purchased this property as an investment and a way to be closer to our family. Angela's entire family lives in Michigan and there is great struggle to come visit regularly. Tom is a lifetime resident of Washington and is just getting to experience the beauty of Michigan. With the purchase of this property we will have the opportunity to come out often. The reason we purchased on Houghton Lake is because it is the largest inland lake in Michigan. In the summertime the water is so warm it feels like a bath. In the winter time the lake freezes and allows for excellent snowmobiling. Houghton Lake has the small town feel, which we love.

Why Angela Zaragoza chose Houghton Lake

In Seattle, WA the price of a house on lake front is upwards of one million dollars. This home went for sale for the first time and we knew it was worth it. Sitting on the porch while having a fire and viewing the lake is amazing. The sunsets have the most beautiful colors. Buying this cottage was an opportunity that we could not pass up.

What makes this house unique

Located only 3 miles from Northshore Lounge and 2 miles from town, this property has a great central location. The boat launch is a short distance from the home. In the summertime a dock will allow for you to bring your boat and/or other water toys. There is a seawall to block the waves from getting into the beautiful green grass. The living room and dining room have giant windows, which allows you to see the view inside the house as well.
