3 Bdrm plus Kids Bunk Room, 3 full Bath, loft with futon, pull out couch in LR

This home is meticulously kept, and ideal for a family getaway or two to three couples with kids. There are two Kings and 1 Queen Bed in 3 Bdrms, one being a master with private bath and patios, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, bunks for 2 and a futon in upstairs sitting room sleeps 2. Large Kitchen with sitting area that opens to screened in heated pool with over 2000 sq ft of decking. Private lot in cul-de-sac. Fenced yard with back gate opening to back road straight into Seaside community and walkway to beaches, shops, and dining. Cannot get much closer to the beach without paying for beachfront. Complimentary Beach Chair Service provided March thru Oct (4 chairs, 2 tables, and 2 umbrellas set up daily, compare at $500/ week value). Golf Cart provided ($650/ week value), as well as 4 or more ($300/ week value). Pool Heating included (Compare at $350/ week value)

About Scott Nagy

I am a native of Nashville, TN but have been vacationing in Seagrove Beach area for 35+ years. My family has owned condos and homes in Seagrove nearly my whole life, and now I own 3 in the area, including my personal residence. Formerly a business owner, I left Nashville to pursue Property Management full time and live life in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. I take great pride in my properties and strive to create repeat guests that share my love for the area and my homes.

Great place perfectly situated in a cul de sac with lots of trees but just steps from everything you want. Lots of extras and has almost everything you will need as it was previously a full time residence. I frequently update the furniture, bedding and linens, as well as recently updating the kitchen, and painting the interior and exterior.

What makes this house unique

Most people feel the pictures don't do it justice, but if anything is not quite right when you stay I am just down the road.

Two Scoops should be called Three Scoops

Two Scoops is absolutely premiere property. The house is nestled in a quiet cul de sac right off 30A. Privacy is a given as the homes are not 'stacked" on top of each other and there are ample trees and fences to garauntee one's privacy. The large, exceptionally well kept, attractive house makes it possible for mutliple residents to spread out or gather as their immediate needs dictate. Comfortable beds, awesome master suite and the Crow's nest is cozy with an unbelievably large outdoor space . Tastefully and comfortably decorated with a well equiped kitchen. Laundry facilities are convenient and located so washer and dryer noise do not interfere with activities or sleep. The enclosed pool is lagnaippe! The golf cart, bicycles, beach toys/chairs...this property has it all! The new complimentary beach set up with umbrellas, chairs, tables saved us a lot of money not having to rent on our own. We cannot say enough about Scott Nagey and this wonderful property.

AMAZING!!!

We stayed at Two Scoops for our summer family vacation. This beautiful house is located in a quite neighborhood away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Seaside and Watercolor. Perfect retreat after a day at the beach or Seaside town square, so relaxing. Nice walk, bike ride or golf cart ride to Seaside shops and restaurants, or beach. Right out the back gate, and you are in the parking lot of a nice restaurant, Whiskey Bravo. When we walked in this house, we felt right at home. It is spacious, welcoming, clean, and well decorated. The pictures of this house, does not do it justice. It is breathtaking is person. Kitchen has all you need to cook and serve. Nice laundry room with a linen closet containing all the linens and towels you will need. Loved the covered patio and pool area. The pool was clean and perfect for our family. Upstairs porch accessed from the Master suite and King Room was amazing for morning coffee and reading. All the porches, had ceiling fans, cushioned seating, and swing. The beach set up that comes with this house was so convenient, and made are trip to the beach so easy. The house comes with bikes and a golf cart! There were only a few bikes that were in riding condition, and they could use some updating, but they did the job. Overall, we enjoyed our week stay at Two Scoops, and our stay was well above our expectations. If you are looking for a great place to stay on 30A, Two Scoops is the place!

Location, Amenities and Expectations Exceeded

We had a group of 5 adults stay at Two Scoops for an extended weekend getaway. Everyone had their own room/bed and never once did we feel cramped or on top of each other. This was the first time we stayed in a home with a golf cart and it was by far one of the best amenities for our stay and we took it all around Seagrove and Seaside. Another fun discovery was realizing that a few steps out the back gate put you directly in the parking lot of one of our favorite 30A restaurants, Whiskey Bravo. Noise was never an issue but this gives you an idea of how well-located the house is.

Maybe we got lucky with the weekend we went (second weekend of May), but our little stretch of beach (with included beach service!) was pristine, peaceful and crowd-free. It felt like a private beach without being too far removed from the hustle and bustle of Seaside and was a short walk or bike ride away.

We told the owner this when we met him but the pictures of the house don't do it justice! We walked in and were pleasantly surprised that the house was even cuter in person than in the pictures. It was clean, well-kept, and had everything we needed from kitchen utensils, to linens to a Bluetooth stereo system.

There are several bikes in the garage but only a few (maybe 3?) were in riding condition. They're a bit old and squeaky but work for getting you to and from the beach and nearby shops (baskets not included so might have to look into renting those). This would probably be our only recommendation to the owner for updating/replacing.

Overall, we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more at Two Scoops. It really was everything we hoped for (and more) and we'd recommend to anyone looking to vacation on 30A!

Wonderful stay!

My husband and I are senior citizens who traveled with our well behaved German Shorthair, staying 8 nights in late April/early May. We were fortunate enough to have our 2 adult married sons join us (just them due to schedules) for 3 nights. Everything was absolutely wonderful. The house is definitely big for 2 people, but we kind of enjoy our space, and I had fallen in love with the looks/reviews of the house about 18 months ago. It is extra nice when you have multiple generations! Everything is as stated in the description. The house is excellent from a pet friendly perspective as it offers the screened in lanai as well as a fenced in yard. The house and pool were immaculate. My favorite area was the porch swing. Loved the fact that we had a heated pool, as the weather wasn't really super beachy yet. Other amenities that make this rental stand out are the bicycles, golf cart, and the beach chair/umbrella set up. This home is not on the beach, but a quick 3-5 minute walk - or take the bikes. The location is very private, yet close to restaurants and shops. The house is very clean, and nothing is left in drawers or closets (except well stocked kitchen utensils and lots of extra bedding supplies), you will want to pack or plan to buy extra toilet paper, hand, dish and laundry soap, etc. I have found each VRBO rental to be a little different in what is provided or retained. The house does provide a "pack n play", pool toys, and games. It also has a PC and printer. Basically everything you would need for vacation living. There is nothing I could add to improve the rental. The owner was very responsive. The house and area is just wonderful and relaxing. As a postscript: My husband loved Great Southern Cafe's happy hour 4-6 every day. Their food is great too. And try to visit "Pickets" shop on 30A west of the 395 junction. It is a lovely shop with vintage/garden appeal.

Located one city block off scenic highway 30 A, Two Scoops is perfectly situated for anyone wanting to enjoy walking or biking to everything, including groceries, shopping, the beach, and dining. It is also perfectly between Panama City Beach and Destin, but gives a much more relaxed and far less commercial experience without being too far from whatever you need, including the international airport in Panama City, just 22 miles away.
