Lots of room and cozy, Winter Park bus picks up right in the parking lot.
We had a fantastic stay at this Meadowridge property. It's spacious, close to Fraser/Winter Park, quiet, has beautiful scenery, and has nice, comfortable beds. The owners were incredibly helpful and always available should we need anything.
In the mornings we could leave the apartment and go for a nice, quiet run through the surrounding neighborhood and always had the mountains in view.
It's super close to downtown Fraser, especially Safeway which made early morning breakfast food runs an ease. If you're in town to bike, you can ride right from your front door, although there isn't bicycle storage so keep that in mind. We locked our bikes up out front.

Spacious, well appointed, wonderful clubhouse and a gracious host. Fraser has is a great small town feel and it's a 10 minute drive to Winterpark. There is also a free shuttle service called the Lift which seems to have the area covered.
We really enjoyed this unit. Was comfy and had everything we needed for a 3 day weekend.
Not the fanciest place but it was clean and had everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. The thing I most missed was the welcome pack that most VRBO owners include within the rental. A binder or something of the such that includes maps, info about the amenities available to you, local attractions, etc. We wouldn't utilize the heated pool or other extras because we couldn't find them. It was a decent stay but overall I would not stay there again.
Overall the unit was clean and nice, but not flashy. The kitchen was very well stocked (VERY). The location near the Safeway in Fraser was perfect. We especially loved the clubhouse that accompanied the complex--3 outdoor pools, indoor steam room, basketball, racquetball, ping pong, usual gym stuff, and terrific locker rooms with towels/shampoo/soap etc. The owners of this unit were quick to respond to emails and texts and generally were very helpful. More information (map to the unit and information about the clubhouse amenities) would have been welcomed, but other than that, we were pleased with this rental.
Pros: 1) Excellent location, about 10 minutes from Winterpark ski resort. It was easy to access the grocery store and restaurants in Fraser and WP.
2) Nice rec center, with outdoor pool and two hottubs.
3) You can sleep up to 7 to 9 at this condo, comfortably.
4) It has a stove, refrigerator, microwave. This is handy, if you want to cook your meals.
5) There is a small storage area outside to store you skis.
6) It was clean. It was warm. It was well maintained.
7) The electric fireplace was nice and kept the place warm.
8) There was plenty of room for 6 of us.
9) The owner was kind and let us in 30 minutes earlier than agreed upon. The owner was easily accessible and seemed to be willing to answer all of our questions.
10) It was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils. Also it had a lot of leftover condiments, sauces, packaged and canned foods, left over from previous renters. However, we did not use any of them.
Cons: 1) We ran out of hot water at the end of the day. We wanted to shower after skiing. We took short showers. There were 6 of us. At least two of us, would get cold water.
2) The furniture (couches, tables, chairs, beds...all need to be updated. Old furniture.
3) The Loft upstairs could be accessed by a tight windy staircase. Needless to say, we put
our two teenage boys up there.
4) The bathrooms need to be updated.
5) The carpet was stained and old. It needs to be replaced.
It served our purpose well by providing a place to sleep and store our things. We had 2 teenage boys (17 yrs old) and 2 twenty year olds, and my husband/myself. It was fine for us. However, it definitely could of been nicer, by replacing those items mentioned above. I would recommend this place, it served its purpose. Also, the sidewalks and the parking lots were well maintained (snow removal.)
