LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!- Our townhome is situated in a nice, family friendly complex directly across the street from the Disneyland & the Downtown Disney parking lots - you literally cannot get any closer than this... From our front door it's an easy stroll directly across the street to the Mickey and Friends free tram and/or Downtown Disney(5 minutes walk for real!). If you already have your pass, you can also use the Monorail from Downtown Disney that takes you straight into Tomorrowland. Save $17/$34 Disney Parking per day.

4. SAFETY and CHILD PROOFING - Safety and security is VERY important! We set up different pass code of the front entry door lock for each party (NO shared pass code or shared key in the lock box). The pass code is unique customized for your stay period only. Two child safety gates on-site and wall mounted TV's are locked securely to metal frames on studs and a lot of more.

I just wanted to say how much we enjoyed your condo. My granddaughter just loved it! I was so blown away how you thought of everything. I love bright colors and it was just beautiful. My husband is a man of few words and likes comfort. So when he specks up about something, it has a lot of weight to it, and in the first 24 hours he said he liked the condo, Twice lol. So again thank you very much and hope to do it again and again.

Amazing experience!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our visit. We were traveling with a toddler and the house was very accommodating for that!! Gina and Alex have made everything user friendly and very convenient. We were not there for Disney, but it is directly across the street to downtown Disney and a very easy walk. Wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable and close to everything!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was my parents, my 7 year old and myself. The condo was clean and had everything you could need. Plus it was close enough that we walked to and from Disneyland. Also great access for getting on and off I-5. Knott's Berry Farm was a 10 min drive. There is a neighborhood wal-mart down the road. Being able to park our rental car in the garage was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Better than a Disney hotel!

We recently stayed in Gina and Alex's condo for 1 week. Our primary reason for visiting was to go to Disneyland, and this was the perfect location to stay. We also had a hire car, and it was great to have our own garage to park it in.

It was a 20 minute easy walk to the gates of Disneyland. Being close meant we could come back to the condo for a rest in the afternoon. There was 3 of us staying here, and there is plenty of room for more people to stay. My daughter loved having her own room and bunk beds.

Gina has decorated the condo beautifully, it really adds to the magic of Disneyland. Gina has thought of everything, it really was the perfect place to stay, we were quite sad for our holiday to be over and to be leaving this lovely spot.

If you are considering a family trip to Disneyland, you MUST stay here. It really is a home away from home, you won't be disappointed. It's the same closeness as a Disney hotel, but with all the room and comforts of home.

Great condo, amazing location

We stayed here for 10 nights as part of a three day visit to Disneyland.

The condo is very clean, has lots of space (two parents, one child) and is well equipped with everything you need. The TV's have lots of channels, as well as a Disney app with tons of free on demand Disney movies (Even Rogue One and Moana).

The kitchen isn't huge, but it's well stocked with lots of both adult and child plates, cups and bowls.

The pool area has a toddler pool, as well as two larger pools, a hot tub, and giant playground.

While this Condo complex isn't brand new, the grounds are very well maintained and this unit was impeccable.

With all that said the best part of this condo is its location, which is right at the corner of Walnut and Magic Way. It was less than a 10 minute walk to Downtown Disney or the Tram, and only about a 15 minute walk right to the park gates. The walk is very pleasant, so we didn't even bother with the tram. The walk was so easy in fact that we walked our 2 year old home each afternoon for a nap and then walked back to the park.

The unit also has two strollers, which we really appreciated as we didn't need to travel with our own stroller. There are beach chairs, beach toys and an umbrella if you choose to head to the coast. It was about a 40 minute drive to Huntington Beach, which we also highly recommend.

If you like fireworks you can watch part of the Daily Disney fireworks from the upstairs bedrooms.

Gina was very helpful when we had any questions, and always got right back to us.

All in all we were incredibly happy with our stay, and won't hesitate to stay here again when we return to Disneyland.

Home away from home

We have 3 small children and this rental was perfect for us! They provided almost everything we needed (from toddler bed to pack and play to baby gates). We ate breakfasts and most dinners in the condo, made use of the pool and spa. We packed lighter knowing they had a washer and dryer. We were a 10 or so minute walk from Disneyland and I don't think we'll be doing the motel at hotel price thing for Disney ever again!
