This beautiful apartment, which has been recently refurbished to the latest standards, is ideally positioned for easy access to both Palma's sandy beach and the city centre. The apartment comes fully equipped for comfort and relaxation: Latest technology air condition in all rooms, Lounge with large sitting area and 32' flat TV, DVD and Satellite with all major British, German and Spanish channels (BBC, ITV etc). Free WIFI! From the lounge a large sliding door leads to the spacious balcony where you can enjoy beautiful sea views of the bay of Palma. For maximum comfort the balcony is equipped with a motorised sun awning. All bedrooms include chests of drawers and wardrobes, from two bedrooms you can enjoy sea views, the 3rd has a small balcony. The fully equipped, modern kitchen comes complete with Oven and hob, Dishwasher, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Espresso machine, Kettle, Toaster, Cutlery and Crockery for 12 people. There are also plenty of pots, pans and cooking utensils.

Perfect place to stay

We are 3 couples and have just spent 4 days in Joachim’s apartment. We looked at many places and luckily chose the right one. Firstly no need to explain what is in the apartment because everything is as detailed on the web site, the description and photos are accurate, it is comfortable, well furnished and equipped for 6 people. BUT above all it was extremely clean, spotless in fact (well done to the cleaner). We were fortunate to have superb weather and when in the apartment we sat on the balcony, which is such a bonus. At the end of our day we sat with a glass of wine (or two) reliving the day. We watched the cruise ships coming and going, one evening we watched a firework display from the the two bedroom windows which look out towards the Cathedral, magical. The location is perfect, easy to find with Joachims clear instruction (Bus is 3€) we were able to walk easily into the centre from the apartment. We did the Tour bus, good for checking out the city, visited Soller by train and then tram to the port, which is must. We also went on a 30 minute bus ride costing 1.85€ to Valdemossa, what a beautiful place. We are already discussing our return trip, we would not hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend this apartment.

Real luxury and a kind and helpful landlord

A luxury apartment which was a delight to stay in! Everything is of high quality and the owner could not be more helpful. Views are tremendous and the position is good for getting to all parts of Palma. Equipment is exceptional and the owner kindly supplies provisions which go way beyond the basic. By far the best holiday apartment we have stayed in!

Beyond your wildest dreams

For those looking for a great apartment in Palma, go no further. This is the one. Contemporary by design it has everything you will need and the coffee maker is great. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated and with two showers there should be no fighting over the bathroom. The balcony is an added bonus (we eat breakfast on it every morning and watched the ships go in and out of the port). And all this no distance from either the beach or the centre of Palma. PS - We hope to go back in October.

A great winter break

The apartment is just as described, clean and well-equipped by the helpful owner joachim.

This is not one of those places that`s advertised for six people, and only really fits four - there`s 3 good double rooms and plenty of room in the lounge diner to sit. And a welcome change to have plenty of glasses, not just 6 of everything! So top marks on that!

We were sent lots of helpful info about how to get there (cheaply, in less than 15 mins on the bus as it happens). ideally situated near the city walls, you could get anywhere in the old town in 5 to 15 mins. Great little cafe around the corner and a useful supermarket just up the street.

Palma has loads of great bars and eateries.

We took a trip out to Port Soller, even in Feb warm enough for a leisurely lunch on the sunny quayside.

Excellent apartment - walking distance to town

This apartment is in a very good location - a pleasant walk along the seafront or down the narrow streets of the old town. It is extremely well thought out and there is plenty of kitchen equipment for those who like to cook - there is an Eroski supermarket a few yards away, which makes life a lot easier. The apartment was very clean and Joachim was there to meet us when we arrived. It was my husband's birthday so I had booked a table at Il Paradiso Restaurant which was wonderful. We feel that we had an excellent break and were able to discover the many delights of Palma, as well as taking a trip to Soller on the lovely old train.

Would definitely recommend this apartment.

.this apartment is really stupendous, all the things are new, the baths and the stupendous rooms, the kitchen and the saloon fantastic, the photos are real!!! there are all the comforts..and the location is perfect for go to palma, and for go where you want...

joachim, the owner of house is a kind and available person over how very nice. I would recommend this appartament to everybody, is perfect for young people and also for the very demanding people.

Located in a quiet, yet central area, ideal for easy access to both the sandy beach of Palma de Mallorca and the city centre. Within less than 5 minutes walk you arrive in the ‘Casco Antiguo’, Palma’s historic quarter, where you can explore the cobbled streets, the Arab baths, the Plaza Major, museums, many good restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and of course Palma’s most famous landmark its Gothic Cathedral. Palma’s sandy beach is also just a 5 minute walk away. In the Plaza España (a 10-minute walk), you will find the hub of Majorca’s transport system, with buses and trains serve the whole of the island, including the famous antique electric train which travels through the picturesque Tramontaña mountain range to Soller. We do not like to surprise our guests with addictional fees for things like the final clean or for having more than 2 people in the properties. Therefore the prices you see are the prices you pay!
