|Minimum Stay||4 nights|
Elegant townhouse, very well appointed with excellent high-end furnishings on Providenciales (Provo), part of the “beautiful by nature” Turks and Caicos Islands with 230 miles of pristine white, sandy beaches and turquoise water.
The house sits alongside the 18th fairway on the well maintained 18-hole championship golf course-- twice host of the Caribbean Amateur Open.
Blue skies and sunshine, panoramic views and tropical breezes all await you at Provo golf course, where the Club House is two or three minutes’ walk from the house.
Depending upon the time of year, the Course opens from 8 AM, and the Club House serves breakfast, lunch and dinner from the open, shaded terrace and lounge with panoramic views of the golf course.
The stunning Grace Bay beach, named in the World Traveler awards as “world’s leading beach” – is five minutes away. Words cannot express how beautiful this beach is--- on a good day it would be impossible to paint the colour of the ultramarine water, which is a pure delight to swim in.
The house is part of a small complex with its own well appointed, large, quiet, communal pool just a few steps away.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a down stairs toilet. One bedroom has a queen double bed and the other two twin beds.
The kitchen is well equipped, with the usual amenities to keep the chores to a minimum, including full cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.
Getting there is easy. American Airlines have two or three daily non-stop flights from Miami, and a daily flight from New York. There are also flights from Dallas, Charlotte, Philadelphia and Boston. Delta fly in from Atlanta, and Jet Blue daily (depending on the season).
Air Canada have two direct flights from Toronto, and there are direct flights on a Sunday from London on British Airways, or alternatively any day of the week in to Miami with a connecting flight to Providenciales.
The Turks and Caicos Islands are a group of spectacular islands offering tranquility, beauty, wonderful diving, snorkeling and just about every conceivable water sport. Combined with this is the golf course which is always very well maintained, has an abundance of wildlife and where water is a regular feature to test your playing skills. The golf course also has facilities for tennis.
Dining out is a true culinary journey with first-class cuisine. There are a large number of excellent restaurants to choose from, and because of the size of Providenciales everywhere is near to hand.
The island also has good medical facilities. A new hospital was recently built which is very well equipped.
In short, a truly tropical paradise to enjoy, whether it is island hopping or staying on Providenciales.
A wonderful, healthy climate, where the only caution is to beware of the sun and bring plenty of lotion.
Although TCI is ideal for those who wish to unwind and recharge their batteries, there is nightlife of a sort, including casinos, a multiplex cinema and evening entertainment in most of the luxury hotels which are open to the casual visitor.
If TCI doesn't quite hit the spot, please check out our other two properties in Naples,Florida which are VRBO 381681 and VRBO 381203
This is the family, including my grand-daughter who shall not be named... Her grandmother has taught her all she knows, and guess who suffers as a result...
Owner / Property Manager purchased this house in 2002
I was working in TCI over a period of about three years, and fell in love with the Islands and bought this property as a result.
Over the years Providenciales has become a little more built up, but the beauty of Grace Bay has not been affected in the least. You have to see it on a good day to believe it, and I defy anybody to paint the colour of the sea when it is at its best. The golf course is beautiful and challenging, with a lot of water coming in to play.
Because the Island is so small(it only has two roads,an upper and lower road) and no town centre, everything is within easy reach, and the opportunities for every kind of water-sport is readily available.
Quiet location on the golf course but a short distance from the beaches and water sport facilities. Scuba diving and snorkeling is particularly popular because of the superb waters. Communal pool rarely used by anybody, for some reason, and close proximity to the club house and local restaurants.
A very desirable and safe retreat to stay on a beautiful golf course. We had a family of 4 with a17 yr old and a 20 yr old. The townhouse was very comfortable, clean and fully stocked! It it so reasonably priced to stay on such a beautiful and expensive Island. We ate breakfast in, sometimes packed a lunch and ate dinner out all but one night. Patrick was amazing to deal with all through the reservation process and got back to us immediately. Carla on the Island helped us with a few minor things, again very quick to respond and accommodating. We didn't get a chance to eat at the Golf Club but will try next time. A few of our favorite places to eat were: Infiniti, Hemingways, Somewhere, Boogaloos, Tiki Hut, Mango Reef, Las Brisas and Baccia. Our favorite private beach to visit was Taylor Bay (a car is needed to get there and is very cheap to rent for the week, highly recommend). We also visited and lounged on most of the resort beaches on Grace Bay. It is the bluest clearest water you will ever see! Don't miss out out on seeing the Potcakes (Island Puppies) in Salt Mill Plaza. They are adorable and you can take them out for the day and walk them. We will be back next year - can't wait.....Stay Here :)
A very desireable retreat in quiet community on golf course setting and beach across the road. In walking distance to hotels, market, restaurants, small shops, gym and other such activities. Unit is well apportioned, comfortable and home-like, roomy, end unit, barbecue grill and outdooor furniture on screened patio; no negatives. New kitchen appliances; well maintained. Excellent scuba diving and snorkeling. Dive Provo is highly recommended. Tropical Isle in Grace Bay on Leeward Highway is a good car rental agency. Second visit to this property and plan to return. Owner can be contacted for questions/concerns - very responsive. Unit overseer provides superior customer service and is available to assist as needed. The entire experience has been wonderful and I highly recommend this property.
An excellent condo that is adjacent to a fabulous golf course, with very close access to the beach, and easy driving to multitudes of high-quality restaurants - this is the place to stay! Easy to find excursions in the local shopping areas - Silver Deep snorkeling was phenomenal! Provo Dive offered great options for diving. Golf course is spectacular! Very fine service and a great restaurant with super friendly people. Access to the Graceway to outfit the condo with food was easy and well worth the conveniences in the condo. All in all, superb condo in a world-class destination.
Patrick's unit is very clean and fully furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. The unit is bright, safe, spacious, and welcoming. Leeward beach is a 5 min car ride, our personal favourite beach, although there are many beautiful beaches to explore on Turks. A car is a must. There are sidewalks on both sides of the street, rare in many Caribbean Islands, therefore if you like to jog, you will have no problem. Communication with Patrick was easy and he answered all questions with great detail. The check in/out process was easy as well. The Fish Fry on Thursday night is fun. There is good snorkelling at the Coral Gardens Hotel, although the water is a little choppy. If you don't have your own gear, you can rent it for $20 for the day from a gentleman on the beach in front of this hotel. I would highly recommend this property. We would love to stay here again in the near future.

we stayed at this location February 2016.
this is a great property. comfortable and lots of room. kitchen was well equiped. beds are very comfy. Place was very clean and well maintained. we spent lots of time around the pool and all evenings in the screened porch. beautifully furnished and decorated, however spent very little time indoors. we enjoyed the golfing, but was tough course. great location. short walk to the beach. lots of long walks on the most spectacular beach. the neighbour were so much fun. we will certainly return, (but not until the Canadian dollar rebounds). eating out was very expensive but we tried several restaurants. Coco Bistro, Vix, Ricks Flamingo,Opus. All great.
i highly recommend this property.
Patrick and Jo thanks so much. we felt right at home
The condo had everything that we were looking for. It was clean and comfortable, was well equipped with plenty of beach chairs, kitchenware, towels, good internet connection.....We loved the location: a little bit on the outer side of the more busy areas but still close enough to shops and restaurants. We did rent a car which I would recommend. The condo is also close to beautiful Grace beach (~ 10 min walk). The neighborhood was very quiet both during the day and night. There is a small pool just outside the condo that we very often had just for ourselves. This was our 1st visit to Provo but I am sure we will be back.
The property is on the golf course, and a short walk or drive from Grace Bay,one of the most beautiful beaches in BWI.Every type of water sport is available at many centers on the Island.
