Our villa called 'Jewel of the Provence' is located in the heart of the Provence in the Luberon, This area is a national park and considered as one of the most beautiful spots of the Provence.

The villa is build on a gentle slope near Apt and the ideal starting point for short trip in the surrounding area or the Luberon, which is a national park. Villages such as Apt, Bonnieux, Gordes, Lacoste, Lourmarin, Roussilon can be reached in only 15 driving minutes.

The villa is very well and nicely furnished with a warm typical Provencal ambience. The kitchen is equipped luxuriously with induction cooking field and a wine storage. The welcoming open living room has also offers a cosy fire-place. The large winter garden provides you a splendid view over the natural surroundings and valley of the Luberon.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms and a very well equipped bathroom with shower and bath. You can enjoy your calm moments on the covered large terrace with view on the Swimmingpool or enjoy the last evening sun on our “place you Pastis”, our cosy outside grill place.

The property has a great garden with many plants such as roses, lavender, cyprus and fruit trees, oleanders, olive trees and much more. The property is secured by an electronic gate system. The private swimming pool measures 4 x 7 x 1.50 m depth and secured by an electronic alarm system if not in use (children security). Last but not least, we offer free secured wireless internet in and around the villa.

You will enjoy the Provence in a splendid way and it will be a memorable unique experience.

Klasse, erholsam, sauber, kaum zu toppen

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, alles vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles notwendige ist da. Unsere Kinder haben besonders den Kühlschrank mit Wasserausschank genossen. Auch das Gefrierfach bietet ausreichend Platz für etliche Eiswürfel, so dass es immer angenehm kühle Getränke gibt. Das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich ausgestattet, deutsches SAT-TV, welches wird aber gar nicht nutzten. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls gut ausgestattet, die Betten allesamt bequem - was für einen Urlaub nicht unwesentlich ist. Das Haus ist insgesamt aehr sauber und gepflegt. Für zwei Erwachsene und vier Kinder völlig ausreichend.

Draußen dominiert der Pool, der ebenfalls gut gepflegt und von der Größe her ausreichend ist. Es gibt eine nett überdachte Terrasse, auf der es sich angenehm aushalten läßt und einen "Wintergarten", in dem man es auch bei kühleren Temperaturen genießen kann.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, so dass wir teilweise dachten, dass wir die Einzigen zur Hauptsaison wären. Trotz der ca. 500 m Luftlinie zu McDonalds hatten unsere Kinder gar nicht den Bedarf dort "einzukehren".

Fazit: Alles in Allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub in einem sehr nett und liebevoll ausgestattetem Haus. Sehr empfehlenswert mit drei von drei Sternen ***

Erholsamer Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Gepflegtes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage im Luberon mit beeindruckender Fernsicht. Schöner Pool und großzügiger überdachter Terrassenbereich mit direkten Zugang zum und direkter Sicht auf den Pool. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter mit problemloser finanzieller Abwicklung. Guter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge in die Umgebung (umfangreiches Infomaterial im Haus vorhanden). Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäckerei, Supermärkte) direkt in der Nähe. Vielen Dank für einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in wunderschöner landschaftlicher Umgebung.

Well equiped house with an amazing view.

This residence is more then great for a vacation with 6 persons. It has everything you need to feel yourself at home. Many places to enjoy your lunch or dinner in- or outside. The pool is very welcome and big enough.

We would gladly recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet vacation in a marvelous setting. Do take notice of the fact that there is no BBQ. So bring your own or get it in the nearby shops. We had a wonderfull time with the kids here !!!

The Luberon is in the heart of the Vaucluse, one of the most beautiful and exciting regions of the Provence. The Luberon area is magnificent with many old, beautiful typical provencal villages, beautiful landscapes and old ruins.

From our property, you can visit small villages such as Apt, Bonnieux, Gargas, Gordes, Lacoste, Lourmarin, Roussilon. Most of them can be reached in only 15 minutes driving distance.

Each Saturday morning, there is a great market in Apt, on Sunday morning a superb (antique) market in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue as well in Coustellet.

Gordes is nearby, a small village which merges nearly together with the rock on which it is build. The 'Abbye of Senanque' is a monastery, completely surrounded with thousands of lavendel. For discoverers, romantics, historians, nature walkers or photographers… everyone will find what he is looking for!
