Located 1 km from the center, 50 m away from the sea, supermarket and the promenade of Borgo Prino with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, discos and outdoors which is accessed through an underpass. Services: lift, swimming pool (open from May to September, weather permitting), garden, outdoor private parking subject to availability, garages (access ramp 2 m, garage size lun. 6 mt, 2.35 mt lar, alt 2 , 45 mt). sand or gravel to 50 m. Apartments on the first floor garden side, with partial sea view. Tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, utility room with washing machine, microwave oven, kitchenette with dishwasher, terrace of 9 square meters equipped with table and chairs, bathroom with shower.

Sehr gutes Feriendomizil. Angaben des Vermieters stimmen ganz genau. Ein plus ist der nahe Supermarkt. hat jeden Tag offen bis 20 Uhr.

Um in die Innenstadt zu kommen brauchts aber eine weile zu Fuss. Der Weg dahin ist aber bequwem und schön. Restaurans findet man aber auch in der nähe. Achtung beim Pool hat es eine Kappenpflicht. Ebenfalls schliesst dieser zwieschen 13.30 bis 14.30 Uhr und hat bis 19 uhr offen. Ich kann dieses Domizil nur empfehlen.

Located in a favorable position, Imperia owes its name to the river Impero, that separates Oneglia from Porto Maurizio, once rival villages but today merged in a sole municipality.

Porto Maurizio (foreground), perched on the promontory of Parasio important economic center in the Middle Ages, was in the past, free city.

Oneglia (background) instead, founded after the year one thousand, feud of the bishop of Albenga, subsequently sold to the Doria family of Genoa, was sold in 1576 to the Savoy.

The rivalry between the two centers is expressed through the centuries turned into commercial competition, the feud between the families, the different administrative organization, due to the loyalty of Porto Maurizio to the Genoese and Oneglia to the Savoy.

The overcoming of this rivalry dates back to 1923 and finds evidence in the town hall, built on an equidistant location on the road connecting the two towns.
