This historic home was built in 1935 and completely remodeled in 2001 and upgraded in 2017 and is very comfortable with modern amenities. The back yard is fully fenced in for privacy with flagstone patio and raised-bed flower gardens. This is a perfect spot to sit and relax with morning coffee or BBQ in the evenings surrounded by mature trees providing lots of shade.
The owner has provided high speed Wifi plus a Smart TV with streaming Xfinity TV plus Amazon Prime,Netflix & Hulu for guests who have their own accounts.
Off-street parking for 2 vehicles (midsize or smaller). This home also has a Security System and Air conditioning.
This is available for a minimum of 3 nights (7 Nights during Christmas/New Year's weeks).

Great Location, comfortable Casita
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Santa Fe and this was the perfect location. About equal distant to the plaza and the railroad district a few blocks away. The master has high ceilings and French doors looking out to a nice private garden. We really enjoyed walking to the restaurants, museums, and shops in Santa Fe and took a beautiful ride up to the mountains close by. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Casa a la Sombra to friends and family.
