Beautiful and peaceful

  • 5 of 5

This was all we hoped for and more. The setting is magnificent - right on the lake with beautiful views from sunrise to sunset and late into the night. The house is extremely comfortable, well maintained, comfortable. They seemed to think of all the details that people overlook like reading lights, good cookware, comfortable chairs. My only preference would be for traditional coffee making options (where we can bring our own favorite brands ground) instead of Keuring cups. Thank you for a lovely stay. A few days more would have been even more ideal.

Peaceful and serene; place is aptly named.

  • 5 of 5

Each time we go here an improvement(s) is made,' which is very nice. This year we were surprised to find a regular coffee maker is not there anymore; only K-cup which we were not prepared for. But being the standup guy he is, Jim provided us with more than enough K cups to last the few days we were there. My only recommendation is that there be a teapot in the kitchen for the tea drinkers. The house was especially clean and the towels seemed new and were plush. Getting up a little early in the morning watching the sun come up over the lake is just breathtaking

Great

  • 4 of 5

Very good place to stay in the Finger Lakes region

Good location for day trips not too far from places we wanted to visit.

Cabin was as described.

Wish there was direct TV though very few channels to view.

Best of our Finger Lakes homes

  • 5 of 5

This was our fourth trip to the Finger Lakes and the best suited house we rented. We had everything we needed and the view is absolutely spectacular! Close to many wineries and great restaurants. Plan to return!!!

Beautiful, clean and private.

  • 5 of 5

We had a great time at Jim's home. Unfortunately we couldn't spend as much time on the deck, as we would liked to, due to unusually cold weather, but it was beautiful nonetheless. The view is spectacular. I would recommend this property to anyone.
