3 bedrm, 1 1/2 bath, combo kitchen & dining, updated kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, large front porch and rear porch, assigned parking located at the rear of the Gray Goose building. Location is on ocean side block and is minutes to ocean. We also provide TV and wireless internet. Our condo is on the first floor with small flight of steps to front door for those who don’t wish to climb lots of stairs.
I am a teacher and my wife is a small business owner. We reside in WV close to historic Harpers Ferry. Our family is a large extended group and all have enjoyed the Gray Goose at one time or another.

The Gray Goose is just the right place to relax on the beach, enjoy the wonderful, nearby restaurants and unique shopping experiences. I enjoy fishing on the bayside or oceanfront. But, catching up on reading while listening to the ocean sounds is quite relaxing also. There are nearby miniature golf or water parks for the children-that is if they get tired of playing in the sand and ocean.
This is a sweet house on the 1st floor of a 3 story bldg. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 6 teenage girls. The deck is spacious with plenty of seating. We ate all of our meals outside enjoying the salty air.
Inside had most of what we needed. Could use a few updated kitchen supplies, pots, pans etc, but we managed to cook most of our meals there. Baked a casserole, made spaghetti and meatballs, etc. The washer and dryer were a huge help with 6 kids! The bathrooms were very clean as were the bedrooms.
Couldn't figure out how to get on the wifi, but I didn't really try too hard either, after all, it was a vacation!
The 79th street Beach was beautiful. Loved being only steps from the beach access. We were close to a Dunkin Donuts, good pizza, a wine/liquor/beer store and a gas station. Plenty of stores for the teens to walk to. A short drive to the board walk every evening was a "must do" for the teens as well. We ate at Tony's on the board walk (upper deck). Amazing pizza and cheep beer.
Our last evening we waited until just before sunset and went to BJ's waterfront Grill on the inner coastal. Stunning sunset and yummy food!
Thank you for letting us stay at your house. Would love to do it again!
P.S. More towel hooks in each room would be wonderful. ;-)
This condo is in a super location to the ocean and yet is close to great shops, restaurants and fun activities. Warm, custom created donuts are available at the Gammy B’s, delicious meals can be had at the Marina Deck and you should consider a trip to Liquid Assets for a specialty grilled cheese sandwich!
