Two-story new build home (2017) w/ 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & double balconies

Perfect for family gatherings, reunions with friends or a relaxing retreat in Texas Hill Country. This two-story modern home has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is brand new! (Built in 2017).

The home is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet street with an acre of deer trails behind it and sweeping views that you can enjoy from either of the two balconies, each with fantastic views of the hills!

We have a beautiful open layout in the living room/kitchen area with a half bath next to the kitchen. Surrounding windows give you the most amazing views of the hills from the dining table! Access the first-floor balcony from the living area/kitchen.

Upstairs we have a neat reading/socializing area with access to the second-story balcony. You'll find our Master Suite with walk-in closet, private bathroom and access to the second-story balcony! Our updated model Samsung washer/dryer combo is on the second floor as well.

The two adjoining homes are used for vacation purposes so you'll often find that you and your guests are the only people enjoying the quiet, views and wildlife in a 500-yard radius. We are still close to a small strip of stores, so just down the road (3 minute drive) there is a gas station if you need to make a quick run for provisions.

While the home has an open concept in the 1st floor living area, great for group gatherings we also have the upstairs reading area and double-deck balconies creating many relaxing spaces for peaceful alone time and socialization.

Our kitchen offers all appliances and cookware needed to host meals at the home and our onsite laundry/dryer make this ideal for stays that exceed just the weekend getaway.
