The location is just one block to Whitefish hotspots such as Mambo's, Loulas, Pescado Blanco, Swift Creek Cafe, 2nd Steet Pizza, The White room Ski Shop, Glacier Cyclery, and just 2 blocks to Central Ave., the Farmer's Market, Gallery Nights, the SNOW bus pick up and two of Whitefish's best parks on the Whitefish River. It is also located just down the street from Whitefish Lake Golf Club, which also offers cross country skiing in the winter, and The Wave Fitness Center. Hop on your bike and it's just a short ride on the bike path along Whitefish River to City Beach at Whitefish Lake. I moved to Whitefish on a whim 3 years ago and fell in love with the area. I have bought property in the Railway District to fix up the existing structure and to help the revitalization of our neighborhood.

This is an old Whitefish home built in 1918 in the Railway District of downtown Whitefish. A cute house to begin with and is being updated and opened up to a more modern feel. We have opened up the house and allowed its charm to shine through.

Great Central Place

The place has everything you need and the location is great. Very central and you can walk to many restaurants. The only down side we found was that it only has 5 channels on tv and non of them had playoff hockey. It helped that we could walk to the bar and watch it there.

Great house. Great location.

We enjoyed this rental for a 5 day winter stay in Whitefish. It is a perfect jumping off location for skiing at Whitefish Ski Resort, backcountry outings in neighboring public lands, or an off season ski visit to iconic Glacier NP. The best part is the location. After a fun day of playing, it is only a 2-5 block walk to any number of Whitefish's great downtown restaurants or bars.

The Railroad District is a great location - a short walk to downtown and trail access. Appreciate the off-street parking and willingness to allow well-behaved dogs!

Perfect for Whitefish!

We stayed in this property for a week about a month ago and had a very positive experience. There were three of us - one couple and son - and everything was exactly as shown on the website. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and we had every kitchen item that we needed to fix a few meals. We had two vehicles and room to park both off the street. The location is great for Whitefish - within walking distance for everything - restaurants and shops. The washer and dryer came in handy - and the cable worked well. The neighborhood is quiet. I appreciated that there were items like dishwasher tabs, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, a fan in the bedroom, we didn't have to purchase all well as a few odds and ends of spices, such as salt and pepper etc. We would definitely stay there again - and hope to in the future!

Right outside the door is access to the Whitefish trial system which takes you a short .4 mile walk to city beach. Is only 30 minutes to Glacier National Park west entrance, 10 minutes to the base of Whitefish Mountain Resort, and 15 minutes from Glacier International Airport.
