Our oceanfront condominium is situated at Kahana Bay and centrally located between the Kaanapali and Kapalua resorts, in the quiet community of Kahana. Its central location means that guests are within minutes of all of the activities that make Maui the #1 vacation destination in the world.

Each home at the resort is individually owned and each has a unique style and flavor. We take great pride in ownership and share the aloha spirit with each guest.
Our comfy oceanfront property is spacious (777 square feet with a 150-square-foot lanai) and is newly remodeled. The Master Bedroom has a king-sized bed and the Living Area has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. A brand new central air conditioner and ceiling fans provide maximum comfort. There is a full kitchen, washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD player, FREE PRIVATE INTERNET ACCESS. Free parking is available in either the resort main parking lot or its underground parking garage. Local telephone calls from inside the unit are FREE.
With our lanai overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean and islands of Lanai and Molokai, it is the picture-perfect place for your morning coffee!
The Royal Kahana has a large beachfront swimming pool, oceanfront BBQ area, complete on-site fitness room, ping pong table, and, and an onsite Aloha Activities Center/Concierge. Each morning the activity center offers a FREE continental breakfast, after an informational meeting showcasing their services and activities on the Island. Don't miss it! Across the street is Kahana Gateway Plaza, a small shopping mall with several great restaurants such as the Maui Brewing Co., Hawaiian Village Coffee (one of my favorite coffee shops), Maui Dive Shop, a Whaler's convenience store, a McDonalds, and several other shops. Lahaina, Kaanapali, and Kapalua are minutes away, as are many world class beaches (D T Fleming beach is just north and has been voted one of the best beaches in the world). Championship golf at both the Kapalua Golf Course (home of the annual SBS PGA Tour Championship) and the Royal Kaanapali Golf Club (home of the annual PGA Senior Skins Game) are just minutes away.

The beach fronting the Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that influence the beach’s physical appearance and size. During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a very large amount of sand, which will gradually return back in spring and summer, based on the ocean's current activity. Our homeowners Assoc., The County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii are working diligently to return Kahana Bay to its full potential.
This circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach. While there may not be, at times, direct access from the property to the beach during the fall and winter season, there is a public beach access within 5 minutes walking distance.
Our guests' safety is of the utmost concern for us. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

Our family has enjoyed many years of vacationing at the Royal Kahana. We are as excited to come back each year as when we originally purchased. We consider it one of the best spots in the Hawaiian Islands. The people of Maui are welcoming and weather outstanding. The Island has some of the best beaches in the world. If your dates are not available on our calendar, please don't hesitate to send an inquiry - we do have other condo's available at the Royal Kahana.

We stayed at a 5th floor condo at Royal Kahana with great western views of ocean from our lanai. Well equipped, tastefully decorated, and very functional for two. Excellent location on Northwest coast of Maui. Local market, pub, coffee shop and gas station within walking diistance and much more access to resorts, beaches, and restaurants on local ocean road passing great Napili beach area. Highway access even further north and south, especially 20 min. to Lahaina area with tourist shopping, supermarket, excursion docks, restaurants of all types and excellent Luau.
Beyond that there are longer rides to all of Maui including upscale Wailea, and road to Hana, and national park with volcanic crater, (both day trips).
Facility is attractive and generally well maintained. Attractive pool, but there are patches of surrounding surface that could be repaired. Parking is sufficient. Building staff are friendly and helpful. Owners were responsive, helpful, and informative, from first contact to last, and the interior appointments for the stay, and equipment for beach and water are thoughtful.
Enjoyable, less expensive and complex than large resorts, yet well situated. Highly recommend.
Great accommodations and wonderful location
This being our first venture to Hawaii, we really had no idea what to expect. The condo was perfect! Location was very convenient to all of our wanderings, the condo had everything we needed to feel completely at home and the staff at the desk were extremely helpful.
We look forward to coming back to Maui again and certainly will contact Shelley and Dan to see if there accommodations are available.
The condo was fabulous, clean and very nicely decorated with a great view.
Maui/ Lahaina is wonderful. The whales didn’t disappoint, they gave us a show every day even from the condo. Dining couldn’t have been better with lots of choices. Would do this again in a heartbeat.
We are so happy that you were able to experience Maui during whale season, it is awsome to be able to watch them from the lanai. We hope that you will consider one of our homes for a future stay.
Perfect Maui Condo
We loved this condo! The pictures just don’t do it justice. The view is amazing, you can see the blowing and breaching of the whales from the couch. Comfortable in every way including a very comfortable king bed. You can hear the ocean and you will never sleep better. Plenty of dresser space to put away clothes as well as a large walkthrough closet with plenty of space for everything. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Kitchen has everything you will need. Dining area is comfortable and even has a washer and dryer. There were very comfy beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler for those beach days. Located right off the elevator. Nice large lanai that you will never want to leave. The ocean is right there and the pool is below. Condo is newly unpdated and inpecably clean. The grounds are also very clean and maintained. The fellow guest where also great, we had some enjoyable afternoons at the pool visiting with people from all over.
The beach was non existent while we were there but was coming back towards the end. There are beaches with in walking distance and we even saw turtles. Also with in walking distance is a store, coffee shop, Maui Brewing, Dollies Pub
and the Beach House restaurant.
The first night we got to Maui we had been traveling all day and had a three hour rental car fiasco so when we finally got to the condo I didn’t want to leave. Pulled up Yelp and found that Dollies delivers. We order a calzone and salads and they delivered it. That was fantastic!
The other great thing about this condo is location. Kahana is between Napili Bay and Kaanapali. Some of the best beaches so close. Defiantly want to go back.

We spent 4 nights at the Williamson's fabulous flat on the very last days of 2017. This was our first experience with a vacation rental and I fear we have been ruined forever. This place will be hard to top (or equal for that matter).
The communication with hosts, organization in the reception and instructions to the stay were flawless, crystal clear and made sooooo simple. Only truly organized folks can pull that off. The place itself is really super pretty, very recently updated, SPOTLESSLY clean, very well furnished and stocked with everything a guest needs (including beach apparel of all sorts!). The posted pictures are good but do not do it justice.
The building itself was also very organized and pleasant.
I celebrated my birthday during my stay at this lovely place. I could not have wished for a better setting.
I do hope to come back (we love Hawaii and this has been our 3rd time in Maui), and will definitely recommend the flat to our friends back home.

Great Maui West Coast Location

Stays over 14 days require a linen exchange: $60.00 plus tax Stays over 28 days require an interim clean and linen exchange: $92.00 plus tax A $500.00 deposit required to confirm reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellation policy: a. Full refund if cancelled outside 60 days less a $250.00 administrative fee. b. If cancelled between 60 and 30 days before scheduled arrival, 50% cancellation penalty plus $250.00 administrative fee. c.
