Sunny Side Up is a bright and cheery new home featuring an open main level with kitchen, dining, and living as well as glimpses of Lake Michigan. An additional great room on the upper level has ping pong, large TV, games and children's toys to keep kids of all ages entertained. There's a covered patio on the back of the house for outdoor dining, a gas grill and an fire pit surrounded by three porch swings.

This sunny home is located in the Miami Park neighborhood where you will enjoy beautiful lots and a semi-private beach. It's just two tenths of a mile from Sunny Side Up to the association stairway - two stair cards are provided at the house. The address is 7242 Lakeview Avenue if you'd like to peek at a map!
The location can't be beat for exploring the areas dining, shopping, wine tasting and all the fun a 10 minute drive gets you to downtown South Haven and a 20 minute drive north takes you to the communities of Saugatuck and Douglas. In between are plenty of farm markets, u-pick produce, and family fun!

Sunny Side Up is stocked with plenty of items to make your visit to South Haven easier. All linens, bath towels and washcloths are provided, along with hand towels, dish towels, dish cloths and hot pads. Simply bring your own beach towels! The kitchen will have saran wrap, aluminum foil, filters for the coffeemaker, paper towels and salt & pepper. There's also dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided as well.
