Black Butte Ranch is a sprawling, family-friendly getaway in the heart of Central Oregon.
This wonderful original ranch home offers an ideal living arrangement to share the home with two families. The half acre lot offers a great feeling of privacy to enjoy the large sunny deck.
The main level is open and bright with the beautiful brand new kitchen remodel completed and the living and dining areas open to the kitchen. A lava rock wood burning fireplace warms the two story vaulted family room. The two story windows look out onto the deck with sliding doors off the dining area.
There are two bedrooms on the main level that share a bathroom with tub/shower combo. There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bath. The bedrooms are currently being furnished and the new photos are to come soon.

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

This house was wonderful, nice open living/kitchen area for gatherings, bedrooms were nicely sized, quality finishes and just great experience overall. 10/10.
3rd time staying here. Wonderful home and property. They need to do a better job cleaning the home. Very dusty and needed vacuuming. Would help if there was a good vacuum there. Also bad smell in upstairs closet. We Love staying here just hope that they clean better in the future. Especially after paying a lot for a cleaning fee.
Love the house. Just needs to be cleaned better.
The home is smaller than what it appears on pictures. First of all, this home was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. We had to clean all over; sweep, under the couch there was food everywhere, counters, & even the towels we're damp & had to throw them again in the washer.
The beds were very firm they felt like you slept in the floor. Every time we turned on the thermostat it didn't warm up the house at all. We even had the chimney going & there was smoke everywhere. I slept in the room upstairs & it was very cold, there were no vents in the rooms upstairs.
There was three bath rooms at this home & when a family member was showering the hot water didn't last over 10 min. Some of us took cold showers! This is not ok such an inconvenient & with having little ones.
Upon arriving you have to pay recreation fees & almost everything was closed; pools, basketball courts were not available, the general store, and even trying to book a couples spa was inconvenient there was only 1 masseuse available.
There was not many items stocked. We ran out of paper towels, and dish soap, & trash bags.
Also the faucet on the main bathroom floor was peeling apart & the towel bars were broken.
In the future I don't plan to stay here again or recommend this home to anyone else. This was supposed to be a nice relaxing vacation but it was more of a headache than anything.
