This homes features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Remodeled in 2013, almost everything is brand new. The kitchen features stainless steel Kenmore appliances and solid surface Corian counter tops. The bathrooms feature Kohler and Moen fixtures with granite counter tops. There is a brand new leather sectional in the family room and a large leather furniture set in the main living room. Every room features a flatscreen television. Additionally, the covered patio has seating for 10 plus guests, lounge chairs, a heated pool, a Weber premium grill, and mounted flatscreen television.

Bedroom 1: features two queen beds, large closets, dressers, and a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 2: features a king-sized bed and a trundle bed with large closets and a dresser with a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 3: features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 4: features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, a dresser, and a flatscreen television.

Bedroom 5 (Master): This bedroom is spacious and features a king-sized bed, dresser with attached mirror, a seating area with a leather pullout couch, a mounted flatscreen television, a large walk-in closet, and en-suite bath.

Bathroom 1: Four-piece washroom with Moen-fixtured shower, tub, Kohler toilet, and a large vanity with sink and granite counter tops. This bath also features a door leading to the pool area to allow guests to walk right in from a day of swimming at the pool or beach!

Bathroom 2: This bathroom is a three-piece washroom with a Kohler Toilet, a vanity with granite countertops, and a luxurious walk-in shower large enough to accommodate two guests.

Bathroom 3: (Master) This bathroom features a large double sink vanity with granite counter tops, a separate room for the Kohler toilet, a large walk-in shower, and a large soaking tub.

We are an Indiana family that loves to vacation together. We have truly made this house our own and wish to allow others to enjoy our hard work. We bought this house in 2013, remodeled it to the finest specifications, and now offer it as a rental. We have 4 adult children and 8 grandchildren. When we travel, we travel in a large group with usually more than 10. We have taken all of the best ideas from any hotel we have stayed in around the world and tried to incorporate them into this vacation home. Even the paint colors in the house come from hotels or resorts we have stayed in! We wish you the best experience at our home and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!

Why Matt Ladyman chose Florida South Gulf Coast

We purchased this home because of our long history with Marco Island. Our large extended family has always vacationed to Marco Island for decades now. We decided to settle in on Marco because it has everything we love about vacation: uncrowded beaches, friendly people, fantastic restaurants, and most importantly a laid-back and relaxing atmosphere.

What makes this house unique

This home is unique because it is over 3,500 square feet. All other homes we looked at were the standard 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom configurations. We needed 5 bedrooms for our ever-expanding family. This home is truly one of the only homes of its size this close to the beach. Indeed, another reason we chose 901 Maple was its proximity to the beach. It is so close to the public beach access that it is not a struggle to get all the kids out on the beach in less than 5 minutes. If you want a lot of space, close to the beach, this is your house!

Best House on Marco!

Shared this house with my sister's family. 5 kids between the 2 of us, and had plenty of space. House is literally divided into 2 living spaces which was perfect for us! The house is a quick 5 minute walk to the beach....closest distance we've ever had while renting on Marco! The house was clean and well kept and in our favorite location on the island. Would definitely rent this house again!

Fabulous Vacation Rental

Our experience started off with great communication from Matt, the owner. We could tell he was very interested in ensuring that our stay was a memorable experience. The property is fabulous and exceeded our expectations. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay and we would strongly recommend this property especially to families, as there are family friendly amenities for children and adults alike.

Very large and great layout. Conveniently stocked and so close to beach.

We would rent this place again for sure. The owner was very responsive from start to beginning and had an attitude of trying to satisfy his guests, which is refreshing. We spent so much time on the patio which was huge. The pool was very nice and heated. It was nice having a door directly from patio to one of the bathrooms so we didn't have to drip water or sand through the house. The showers were very nice and we used the bathtub often for kids baths. When our large group needed private time we could shut a door and watch a movie on the flat screens in each room. The beachy decor was a nice touch. We cooked every meal at the house and found everything we needed for utensils and cooking ware. The grill was nice and when the propane tank ran out there was a back up ready to go. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, just as described at a 4-5 minute walk. We would highly recommend this property!!

Can't beat it

Brought my family of 11 to celebrate my 70th birthday including my wife who is handicapped. Location was excellent in that we had only a 100 yard walk to the beach. Grandkids loved the enclosed pool in the back yard. All bedrooms were large especially the master suite. Beach chairs were plentiful as well as bikes and toys. Will definitely go back. Very handicap friendly. Also working with Matt the owner was a delight. Close to loads of great restaurants and good shopping.

What a great place!

Everything was perfect, great location, very spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated, and well maintained. We had 9 adults and a toddler. Loved the pool and the lanai (grill, large table, lounge chairs, and big screen). Beach was a short walk and house had the towels, beach chairs, toys, wagon, and coolers. Just an awesome week, want to go back already. Thank you Matt for a great place. Love Marco!

Located less than a five minute walk from the public access for the beach, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is one of the largest homes offered for rent on Marco Island within such a close proximity to the beach. Purchased in 2013, the owners completely remodeled the entire home. The kitchen features stainless steel Kenmore appliances, solid surface counter tops, and all the amenities of a modern luxurious home. The home, featuring over 3500 square feet of indoor living space also boasts three remodeled full bathrooms featuring modern fixtures from Kohler and Moen in addition to beautiful neutral-toned granite counter tops. Outside, guests will find a spacious outdoor patio featuring a sitting area and table set for 10 plus guests in addition to a mounted 47 inch flatscreen television and Weber grill. The outdoor area also features a large heated pool perfect for families.

Each bedroom in the home was carefully designed and decorated with the family in mind. As seen in the pictures, three bedrooms feature a king-sized bed, one bedroom features a king-sized bed and a trundle offering extra sleeping area and the last bedroom features two queen beds. The owner once again kept the needs of all families, large and small, in mind in decorating the bedrooms. Finally, all bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen televisions.

In addition to all the amenities already provided, the owner has cable and wifi-internet available free of charge. There are beach carts, a beach umbrella, coolers, and beach towels enough for 10 plus guests.
