|Minimum Stay||2 - 5 nights|
If you're looking for a cozy Sunriver retreat in a great location, 13 Juniper is the vacation home for you.
This fun house is close to all the action in town. Bring your own bicycles - or rent some - and within minutes you can pedal along a bike path to The Village for dining and shopping - or even ice skating in winter. You can even bring along your dogs, with an additional nightly fee.
You're also a stone's throw from SHARC, the amazing aquatic center opening Memorial Day, 2012. You get eight free unlimited passes to SHARC's pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and so much more!
The home is decorated with country touches and offers your family a comfortable place to relax and enjoy. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and a nice wood-burning fireplace where everyone can gather. As as you sit around the fire, you can even hear the quiet rumble of the train like it used to in the early days in Central Oregon.
The convenient kitchen is downstairs, too, and so is the dining area. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the mountain air, have a barbecue or soak in the hot tub.
You'll find a bedroom with a bath in the hall on the ground floor, so guests with limited mobility don't have to maneuver stairs. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: One has a queen, and the other features a queen and a bunk bed with a double below and a queen above. There's also an extra queen tucked under the eaves.
This cozy home is perfect for a family vacation on a budget. You get all the fun of Sunriver without breaking the bank!

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
Overall a fun experience. The trains did not pose a noise problem for us as there were only about 2 or 3 per day. Loved having the SHARC passes!
This is a cute and comfortable cabin. a little dark on the inside but you'd probably be spending most of your time outside anyway. Beware the train!!!! The train track is (what we think) VERY close to the property. If you hear what sounds like a plane going down on top of you...no worries it's only the train rushing by! We got used to it, kind of. Plenty of room for 6, maybe 8 people to sleep. The hot tub is great!
Way more rooms and space than I had anticipated.
Hot tub was amazing!
The fools that whine about the trains apparently have never or are missing the city.
The trains were not a huge issue for us.
My only objection would be that the directions might include actual distances and that the allowance of a later checkout were more succinct.
I think, generally, the maintenance or. cleaning costs are absurd and when added into a 2 or 3 day rental are absolutely NO reflection of the price per unit that is displayed on the web site
