If you're looking for a cozy Sunriver retreat in a great location, 13 Juniper is the vacation home for you.
This fun house is close to all the action in town. Bring your own bicycles - or rent some - and within minutes you can pedal along a bike path to The Village for dining and shopping - or even ice skating in winter. You can even bring along your dogs, with an additional nightly fee.
You're also a stone's throw from SHARC, the amazing aquatic center opening Memorial Day, 2012. You get eight free unlimited passes to SHARC's pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and so much more!
The home is decorated with country touches and offers your family a comfortable place to relax and enjoy. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and a nice wood-burning fireplace where everyone can gather. As as you sit around the fire, you can even hear the quiet rumble of the train like it used to in the early days in Central Oregon.
The convenient kitchen is downstairs, too, and so is the dining area. Step out onto the deck to enjoy the mountain air, have a barbecue or soak in the hot tub.
You'll find a bedroom with a bath in the hall on the ground floor, so guests with limited mobility don't have to maneuver stairs. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms: One has a queen, and the other features a queen and a bunk bed with a double below and a queen above. There's also an extra queen tucked under the eaves.
This cozy home is perfect for a family vacation on a budget. You get all the fun of Sunriver without breaking the bank!

Vacasa - Vacation Rentals Made Easy:
Professionally managed and cleaned homes
Local assistance 24/7 for emergencies
Secure INSTANT booking
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
5 min bike to Park and SHARC. Small but adequate residence. Mattress upgrade would be nice. Good if you are looking for a quick ski weekend location.
We were happy to stay there, however, there is railroad that you hear the trains go by few times a day. The over all fees are high. You need to dowuble the rental fee for the total cost.
This house is very cute and cozy with lots of bed space, far more than it is rated. I only have two negatives, the train passes right behind the house, and several of the mattresses were poor.
The house is close to shops, the SHARC, and is a short distance from the hwy for a quick trip to Bend... we really loved the setup and had plenty of space for 4 couples. I would suggest for peopke who like to cook like myself to bring tools like good knives- it's a rental so the stuff provided isn't steller. Also we felt the mattresses were very very firm- again it's a rental so we were not surprised but definitely made a note to pack foam pads next time lol. The house was just perfect for what we needed for a weekend in sunriver.
Overall a fun experience. The trains did not pose a noise problem for us as there were only about 2 or 3 per day. Loved having the SHARC passes!
