This single-story home includes four tasteful bedrooms and two baths. Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, and the fourth one has bunk beds and a trundle bed. The layout offers privacy and is convenient for any guests with limited mobility. You're also welcome to bring up to two dogs with you, though be aware that an additional pet fee applies.

The house in general was clean and had everything you needed was there. The cob webs and rodent droppings at the front door will turn me away from re-renting this property.
We've stayed at Aubrey 7 many times over the years. The location is perfect, the main reason we stay there. The last 2 times we've stayed at the house we've been disappointed in the cleanliness, or lack of, and probably wouldn't stay there on our next visit. It needs updating as well, although that wouldnt have stopped us from rebooking. The layout is nice, but when I walk into a home I'm paying close to $300 per night for, I expect it to feel and look a lot cleaner than its been.

This is the 2nd year in a row we stayed at 7 Awbrey Lane. Our girls and us love the place, the central location and most importantly nearby Fort Rock Park. They layout is pretty great except one bedroom is pretty noisy in the mornings (but just put the early risers there). The place is not updated, but you really shouldn't be spending much time inside. They are generally functional.
The biggest issue with the place are the quality of the beds, mainly the bed in the master suite. Think the cheapest, worst hotel bed and this might not stack up. We get so sore sleeping on it we move out after the 1st night. The other beds are better, but could still be updated for a good nights sleep after full days of hard playing outside.
We will definitely be back next year pending a new bed in the master suite.
Positives - Perfect location, great floor plan and lay out, spacious. Housed our family of 9 perfectly. Accommodates dogs very well. Sharc passes were a big bonus.
Negatives - Cookie sheets could not be located. Only one usable spatula. The dining table cracks between glass and wood was caked with old food and crumbs, chipped glass was taped over. Table needs to be replaced. Outdoor lighting is dim or nonexistent, especially around hot tub which is a safety hazard. Carpet was stained and felt dirty beneath feet. Flooring in master bath was beginning to peel up near shower.
