This lovely home is loaded with amenities to entertain a whole group. Bring your extended family, come with a group of golf buddies or friends from work, and you're guaranteed to have a great time!
The fun starts in the spacious great room, where everyone can gather to watch TV or sit around the fireplace. Speaking of TVs, there's one in every room in the house so all generations can see what they want, or golf fans can watch a tournament while baseball lovers cheer on their team. One bedroom even features PlayStation for kids of all ages.
If you like something more active, you'll find foosball in the garage, plus bicycles to explore all over Sunriver. 7 Awbrey Lane is just across the road from Fort Rock Park, where you can play on the tennis courts, the basketball courts or the playing fields. The home is also close to other action, including the amazing aquatic center due to open Memorial Day, 2012. You get 10 free passes to SHARC, with its pools, play areas, year-round tubing hill and much more.
Back at the house, prepare your meals in the well appointed kitchen and eat in the handsome dining area, or use the barbecue and dine al fresco on the fabulous deck. You'll love the unscreened hot tub that offers a view of the wooded surroundings - a real treat because most hot tubs in Sunriver are screened off.
This single-story home includes four tasteful bedrooms and two baths. Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, and the fourth one has bunk beds and a trundle bed. The layout offers privacy and is convenient for any guests with limited mobility. You're also welcome to bring up to two dogs with you, though be aware that an additional fee applies.
7 Awbrey Lane accommodates your entire gang in style. Whether you come here for a winter getaway or for fun in the sun, this will quickly become your favorite vacation home!

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental managementthings like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
The only reason I wouldn't stay here again is because of the acoustics of the home. You can call for someone and they literally be ANYWHERE in the home. Sounds the same when someone is in the laundry room as in the living room. It's not good for anyone who is a light sleeper because the sound
travels well throughout the entire home. Frustrating for early risers and night owls and especially when kids need to take naps. Otherwise I loved everything about it and it was just what we needed
This property was perfect for a family meet up! Some of us came from Idaho and some from Southern Oregon.
Best house we've ever rented at Sunriver! Perfect for with kids - close to park, SHARC, Village.
7 Awbrey Lane has a nice open floor plan with plenty of room for a group vacation. The location is excellent. We could have easily stayed another week!
The house in general was clean and had everything you needed was there. The cob webs and rodent droppings at the front door will turn me away from re-renting this property.
We've stayed at Aubrey 7 many times over the years. The location is perfect, the main reason we stay there. The last 2 times we've stayed at the house we've been disappointed in the cleanliness, or lack of, and probably wouldn't stay there on our next visit. It needs updating as well, although that wouldnt have stopped us from rebooking. The layout is nice, but when I walk into a home I'm paying close to $300 per night for, I expect it to feel and look a lot cleaner than its been.
