Located around the corner from Historic NOTO, featuring original eateries, a fantastic brew pub, great shopping, and a vibrant music and art scene.
Even though the house is all by itself on almost 2 acres, it is right around the corner from Historic NOTO. NOTO has tons of night life, antique stores, and don't miss the First Friday Art Walk. Great restaurants right around the corner as well!
As the house was built in the 1800s many things are original to the home such as the windows and older ceilings. The upstairs bedrooms (2 twins and 1 double) get warm when it is really hot outside as the central air conditioning unit simply does not cool the upstairs at the same level as the downstairs. The upstairs can get a little warm in July and August. The entire house is well heated for the colder months.
Although we love all animals, this house has a regular guest who is severely allergic to pets. For this reason we absolutely cannot allow pets. We do have some homes that are pet friendly. If you plan on bringing a pet please book one of those. No exceptions please.
We kindly ask all guests to read house rules before booking. Thank you.
Key-less entry with door code for easy check in.
I’ve designed this space to be accessed at any time (late check ins are just fine). My day job does keep me busy so most likely I will not be there to greet you at the door, but I have a servants heart and I am easily reached. Upon check in if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to shoot me a text or give me a call and I will be happy to help. I also know where all the best local dining is based on your tastes!!
