If you are not familiar with the Ko Olina Resort, please Google 'Ko Olina', there are just too many fun things to do, too many beautiful places to see, too many great restaurants and shops to do them justice in this little ad.
This condo is arguably in the best location in Ko Olina. It was Ko Olina's first model home and sales office, and as you might guess, they put it in the best location.
From your private back yard and lanai you can watch (and occasionally laugh at) the golfers, see beautiful sunsets in the evening, and then view the resort lights at night. You can even see most of the fireworks set off at the resorts.
Located in a quiet corner of the Resort yet an easy walk, golf cart, or bike ride to the Ko Olina's lagoons, beaches, marina, restaurants, stores, and Disney.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet family neighborhood. If you are on the Island as a part of a large group the group may not meet here for gatherings. There is a two car garage and room for two cars on the drive.
We live right next door. We are the owners and managers. If you need something just call or come by.
Teri is sort of retired from the fitness industry (in the Seattle area) and can direct you to just about anything social or fitness related. She can also direct you to just about every Mall and Store on Oahu. She knows about most of the hikes, activities, beaches, tours, and places to see on the island.
Den is a retired engineer and can fix stuff almost as fast as it can be broken. He can direct you to Costco, Home Depot, and Lowes.

'Ko Olina' is Hawaii's newest and best world-class resort. (Google 'Ko Olina') The resort offers four pristine lagoons with lighted walking/jogging trails, all connected to this condo.
*The resorts (Marriot, Disney, Four Seasons) have great restaurants and shops open to the public.
*'Ko Olina' Station shopping plaza has many excellent restaurants and shops, plus a 'Country Market' and a great Hair Salon.
*Boat tours and charters are available at the Ko Olina Marina.
All these are within walking, golf cart, or bike riding distance.
The 'Fairways Community' is in a quiet corner of the Ko Olina resort and known for its quiet, friendly atmosphere, away from nearby road noise. You can relax in the peaceful setting of your own back yard, overlooking two picturesque ponds and waterfall dividing the second and fifth fairways of Ko Olina's world-class Ted Robinson Championship Golf Course.
The attached two car garage allows easy access unloading of luggage, food, and all your beach junk.
This condo is newly remodeled, clean, and simple. Very comfortable beds in all three bedrooms and nice views from upstairs and down. Look at the photos, they say it all!
There is a dining room but most people eat on the covered patio (the power awning can be out or retracted).
Words will not begin to describe how awesome our trip to Hawaii was, and Teri & Dennis were a big part of that. First when I say that everything is included, I mean everything is included. Their property comes with 8 bikes, bodyboards, snorkeling gear, sunscreen, beach and regular towels, linens, a cooler, beach chairs, and more. This alone saved us hundreds of dollars from having to rent it, or drag it from the mainland. The condo had plenty of room for the 6 of us, and was very well maintained. Teri and Dennis live right next door, and always responded in minutes to any problems or questions we had. Ko Olina has plenty to do and breathtaking scenery right there, but it's also super close to the interstate which provides easy access to the rest of the island. The price is also one of the most reasonable in the whole area for a rental like this. I can't say enough good things about our stay, and looking forward to going back.
Our family had a fantastic vacation, it was just perfect. Never met such lovely people like Teri and Dennis, thanks you were great! The condo is awesome, it was clean, luxurious and had everything we needed. The view was perfect, and very restful. My teenage kids were so happy with this condo, it felt as if they were home. If we ever return to Oahu we definitely will contact Teri for our stay again in this condo.
Our family really enjoyed our stay and this property was absolutely perfect for us. The unit was everything and more that we could've possibly ask for, and Terri and Dennis were amazing. They were so helpful with tips regarding our stay, local places to eat and fun things to do. There's absolutely no doubt that when we return to Oahu, our first priority will be to contact Terri to ensure we can secure the rental again. I don't think there's a better value on the island for how beautiful, comfortable and accommodating and everything associated with this rental is. Thank you so much!!
Great place for my ʻOhana’. I visit Hawaii somewhat often and thought I was done adventuring on Oahu. Staying here with my family made it a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo space was great for my older kids. We cooked most meals in the kitchen which had all the right cooking apparatuses. Loved the ripe pineapple and the correct knives to prepare it with. I enjoyed eating breakfast on the clean and tranquil patio overlooking the golf greens. We drove to a nearby Costco and biked to local store for food. The owners provided a great activity lists and instructions. And they were available to answer questions. It was so much fun to use the food coolers, snorkels, chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas and other things for our beach adventures. Now I can say I used a beach umbrella and it was fun. We used the bikes for the close-by adventures. It was so much fun biking around the resorts, lagoons and Paradise Cove. We saw turtles in the cove, and Nenes (Hawaiian goose) on the greens. At the end of the day, we’d biked back or drive back into the garage, unloaded, cleanup, enjoyed a great family dinner (everyone helped). I am proud to say I was a beach bum every day and I enjoyed it with my family. Staying at this condo made it a great ‘Ohana Vacation’. Mahalo
Landlord was very helpful with giving us information about the area and we had open communication throughout our stay. The condo was clean and in a great location. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was sure worth it. KoOlina is an excellent place on the island away from the crowds of Waikiki, but close enough to drive.. Being aware of the traffic times does help to plan any day trips around the island. We can't wait to come back. Thanks to Dennis and Teri for so accommodating.
My family (2 adults & 2 boys) stayed in this condo in April of 2015. The condo exceeded our expectations in every way! The cleanliness and quality of the property is not accurately depicted in the photos on this site. Terri is a gracious, friendly host that truly enhanced our stay at this property. The condo is fully equipped with everything you you could want on hand. We highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again soon!
