Well designed with 4 levels. Floor area ~ 200m2 + roof terrace + small garden at the front/back, with a terracotta

1st level: Entrance hall with steps up to the main living area. Cloakroom (toilet & wash basin) off the main living area. Spacious living room is bright & open-plan with dining area, working fireplace, large French doors leading to an attractive terracotta tiled patio area & sunny garden, with open views. This was by far one of the most well equipped homes we had the pleasure of staying in. My wife and I were looking for a simple relaxing week of nothingness – we wanted peace and quiet in the best possible location. Needless to say we got exactly what we asked for through banusapartments.com. The location was stunning, and the villa was equally if not more impressive. All you need is located within the walls of this home, outside are well kept and secure grounds, with two pools for sunbathing and splashing around. The price was right, and luxury is an understatement. We will be returning.

Access, Location and Environment was perfect. The home was very well laid out with excellent facilities - two pools and a marvelous Club House with friendly attentive staff...

The home was spotlessly clean, and meticulously well maintained..

The owners correspondence and customer service was first class and we even received a fantastic welcome pack on arrival!

Local activities for us was the beach and enjoying the numerous Restaurants and Bars around... Other attractions was the Sunday Market in Nueva Andalucia behind Puerto Banus..

Simply perfect and we hope to come back again this year...

I would not hesitate to recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Within a small radius of this development, are some of Europe's most prestigious Golf Courses. A tranquil oasis yet within close proximity to every amenity, making it an ideal location.

Built in 1999 and designed by the famous architect Melvin Villarroel, it is Mediterranean inspired with Spanish style buildings, attractive landscaped squares with fountains. A walled and gated community, there are 126 privately owned houses, with entrances exclusive to the owners.

Each house has its own individual garden/terrace setting. Also in the complex is a clubhouse, barbecue area, and two pools with poolside loungers.
