Villa Balea is a safe and modern accommodation. Family friendly. Private secluded pool and patio to the pool area. Secure parking. Burglar and fire alarms.

The kitchen is fully equipped for 10 persons.

NOTE! The separate apartment Studio Balea on the 2nd floor is not included within the price for Villa Balea, but Villa Balea and Studio Balea can be rented simultaneously. In total this makes 9 beds, 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets with shower and 2 separate kitchen.

You can rent bedlinen and towels from us.

Wifi in all rooms and around the pool. Barbecue area and outdoor area with tables and chairs.

TV with English, Swedish and Norwegian channels. AppleTV, ChromeCast, AC.

Dishwasher in the kitchen. Behind the house you will find a laundry room and storage room.

Our key host Maria will welcome you when you arrive and can help with everything. She speaks however only Spanish :-) so you can reach me at any time for questions at +46 (0) 70 643 8918.

Villa Balea has an official rental license from Valencia Municipality:


The surrounding area consists of mainly larger demarcated villas, most with swimming pool.

In the center of Ciudad Quesada there are grocery stores, other shops and banks. A number of restaurants and bars.

We can organise car transport from the airport to Villa Balea at your arrival, and at departure.

Villa Balea is within easy walking distance of Ciudad Quesada center.

To get around the region, it's best to rent a car, which we can help you with. Distance to the sea about 8 km, 15 minutes driving.

There are also a large number of cycle paths in the area.
