This Newpark Townhome is nestled at the edge of the 1,200 acre Swaner Nature Preserve, with incredible views of the ski resorts. It is walking distance to dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, shops and entertainment within Kimball Junction. Just a short drive away, you can access Utah Olympic Park, Park City Mountain, Deer Valley and Historic Main Street.

The 2 story townhome features 2 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King sized bed and private bathroom, with a deck overlooking the Swaner Nature Preserve. The second bedroom has a King bed and a private bathroom. There is a sleeper sofa in the den that is situated between the two bedrooms. A third bathroom is on the first floor. On the first floor, the townhome is equipped with a full sized gourmet kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas cooktop, oven and dishware, as well as granite counter tops. It is a perfect home base for your group to gather for home cooked meals, or sitting around and enjoying a bottle of wine. A breakfast bar allows for seating of three and a dining room table with seating for four. The living room is very comfortable with a sofa, 3 sided gas fireplace, TV, and patio access. On the patio, enjoy views of the Swaner Nature Preserve from the private, freshly-filled hot tub.

Other amenities include wi-fi, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, attached single car garage, iron/ironing board, wall safe, access to the indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center, 10 person hot tub, sauna and steam room (all located within Newpark Hotel) and 24/7 front desk access. You will also receive mid-stay housekeeping. Daily housekeeping is available for a small fee.

This townhome is part of Newpark Resort and is conveniently located just 30 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Newpark Resort maximizes your time on and off the snow. In addition to restaurants and shops, there is also a movie theater, recreation center and a bowling alley/arcade (Jupiter Bowl) within walking distance. Tanger Outlets is just a mile away. Newpark Resort is also located on the FREE transit system, which can quickly and easily take you to the ski resorts, Main Street, Tanger Outlets and more. Minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort and Canyons Village at Park City Resort, Newpark is also a short drive to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude and Snowbasin winter resorts, should you want to explore other ski resorts.

At Newpark Resort, the amenities include twenty four hour on-site check in, maintenance and housekeeping staff, a main office and lobby, free bus system access, computer and printer access in the lobby, as well as access to our pool facility. The Newpark pool in both indoor and outdoor as well as has a hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a gym facility. The gym facility has cardio equipment and weight machines. There are towels provided.
