This 66 m2, two bedroom, two bathroom (one en suite) 4th floor apartment, with a lift, has a south facing terrace with gorgeous views across the bay, and a back terrace accessed by both bedrooms. It is situated in a quiet and beautiful park-like garden with a large shared swimming pool. There is a concierge on duty, guest parking, as well as an underground dedicated parking bay.


The main bedroom is en suite, and has a 180 x 200 bed whereas the second bedroom has two 80 x 190 beds which can be attached to make a double bed of 160 x 190.

There is a pull-out sleeper couch in the lounge which is suitable for two children, or one adult (120 x 190).

There is hanging and storage space in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms also have air conditioning.

All bedding is 800 thread count Egyptian linen and all towels are thick and luxurious.


A open plan kitchen is being added to the lounge /dining room and all unnecessary walls are being removed so the room will be lighter and brighter. (see the new floor plan) The floors are cream marble.

The well equipped kitchen caters for in-house dining as well as drinks on the terrace overlooking the bay and sunset.

The lounge has a white leather sofa and two matching chairs (and two poufs for extra seating). The dining room seats six people.


1 family bathroom with washing machine, large shower, basin and toilet.

1 en suite bathroom with a small bath (120 x 80) with a combined enclosed shower, basin, toilet (with a hand held bidet). Both bathrooms have storage space for toiletries and towel heating racks.


Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, clothes drying rail, microwave, toaster, blender, electric hob and oven, iron/ironing board, fully stocked kitchen (including a selection of wine and champagne glasses), television, wifi, terrace for sundowners, light loungers for beach or pool, additional cleaning and shopping can be organised (for an extra fee),

Soap, cleaning materials and salt/pepper/olive oil will be provided.

What makes this apartment unique

One of the first things we noticed about our apartment when we first saw it, was the beautiful views! And the second delight was the sound of birds in the gardens! There are a family of green parrots which live in one of the trees and they have the most delightful chirps!

The apartment is literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, a ten minute walk into the old town and a pleasant stroll to Palais du Festival. We hardly ever use our car when we stay here.

Our apartment truly offers peace and quiet while still been close to all the energy and choices of Cannes.
