About Eleanor Miller
I was an actress in NYC and lived in the "East village". The married my husband and moved to New Hope, Pa. I've been a Real Estate agent for Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty for over 20 years. We bought this little English village property in May of 1995 and just love it here.
Eleanor Miller purchased this Cottage in 1995
Why Eleanor Miller chose New Hope
This property was built to look like its 900 years old. This is where the New Hope Art Colony began in the late 1800's. There is such a vast amount of history here. From Washington crossing the Delaware to the arts, Museums, art galleries, great authors, playwrights, actors... Within 2 miles from here, we have over 60 great restaurants.

What a wonderful weekend. Eleanor was absolutely amazing we loved talking to her and the tour of the property was so interesting. Walked into a new Hope and enjoy the scenery. Did some shopping at peddlers village and just relaxed Outside our cottage. Eleanor’s breakfast and dinner suggestions were spot on loved every minute didn’t want to come home and can’t wait to stay with Eleanor and Kurt again
Cottage with a garden.
Owners are very personable and knowledgeable of the history of the property. Lots of history in this little village if colonial cottages. French restaurant just steps away. Great shopping and dining a mile and half down the road. Can walk to New Hope on walking/biking path.
New Hope has all kind of eclectic things to buy and look at. Tons of foodie restaurants to pick from. Breakfast places and coffee shops. Just over the bridge is Lambertville, NJ. Owner had great suggestions for places to eat. Tried a few and we were not disappointed.
Bed in room is comfortable. Leather couch is nice. Kitchen was just right size.
Quaint, quiet, beautiful, historic, conveniently located - couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thank you to the hosts!
Wonderful visit! Perfect location-so convenient. It is so peaceful and quaint. The cottage has everything one could possibly need . Will come back as often as possible! Bonus - have made new friends in Eleanor and Kurt!
