Delightful, bright and cheery three bedroom one and one half bath totally renovated first floor condo located at 5805 Central Avenue in Sea Isle City. Central Air and Heat. This unit has off-street parking for two cars and is located on the 1st floor of a single two story home.
There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a double on the bottom and single on the top, one with 2 sets of bunks. Queen size sofa bed in living room . There is also an enclosed outside hot/cold shower with dressing area.
The property also features central air conditioning and heat and is located in a quiet area of Sea Isle only 2 blocks from the beach, bay and promenade. Nearby are a deli, bakery, coffee shop, entertainment, restaurants, tennis courts, playground, ballfield, skateboard park, basketball courts, and soccer field. Lovely sunset views from the oversized front porch with awesome bay breezes. Large back yard with , bike rack and clothes line for hanging wet/sandy beach towels.
We just purchased this property. What a wonderful unit. Large rooms, lovely furniture, fully equipped kitchen, and immaculately clean. Very convenient location, close to beach, bay,promenade, playground, shops and restaurants, but in a quiet area of Sea Isle. Nice sunset views from the kitchen and front deck. Only 1/2 hour from either Cape May or Atlantic City. Can't wait to go back.
This was our first trip to Sea Isle City and we were so pleased with the Wilson's home. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Short walk to the beach, promenade, stores, ice cream and restaurants. There is newer furniture in the living room than shown in pictures, super comfy sectional! House was clean and well maintained. Wilson's were wonderful and accommodating. Kitchen has everything you need. Washer/dryer a big plus as well as the jack n Jill bathroom setup for guests. Would recommend a friend or relative to stay. We look forward to returning to Sea Isle next summer!
We just returned from a week's stay in this rental. It was just what we hoped and as listed - clean, well-maintained and all the comforts of home, with a well equipped kitchen, large gas grill outside, and plenty of room to lounge inside or out. Even a washer and dryer if you want to go home with clean clothes and beach towels. Off-street parking for 2 cars. The location is perfect for us - just a few blocks to the beach and less than one block from Dealy Field. It does face a busy road but that wasn't an issue for us since we have teenagers. The owner was very easy to work with and responds to emails or calls immediately. We would definitely rent here again and highly recommend it. There is no wifi but that turned out to be a blessing!
We came back again for the 5th?? straight year. What a great place to stay. Convenient to everything , (especially the beach) and super clean and comfortable. My favorite spot is the deck after the beach... miss it already. Tom and Carol are wonderful owners. We'll be back again in 2013.
My husband and I just returned from a week's vacation at this lovely, well maintained, cozy home. We had a wonderful week and the location was great. We would highly recommend this home and plan on returning in 2012.

This property had all the right attributes: close to the beach and recreation park; manageable size; clean and comfortable. The owners were very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet family vacation.
Five of us just spent a lovely week at this perfectly
located beach house! We had everything we needed
within walking distance. (beach, bay,restaurants,CVS,
grocery store,promenade,ice cream store,park...just to
name a few) It was also a pleasure to work with the
owners. You can tell that they enjoy their house too!
