This Ground Floor Unit is the pick of the Complex known as "The Commodore". Looking for a holiday but on a budget? Then this ground floor unit is for you.

It is an older style complex but your unit has been freshly painted throughout and completely re-furbished.

Featuring 2 bedrooms both with Built- ins, open plan living & dining, separate laundry with access to the service area, single lock up garage.

The kitchen is small but everything you require is right here for a holiday or getaway.

Walk out onto your own private terrace with Expansive Ocean Views & soak up the sun.

The North - East facing Unit located right across the road from Corrigans Beach, park, & less than 100m stroll to the Batehaven Shopping Village, with its takeaway shops, restaurants and IGA facilities. A large children's playground is right across the road.

BATHROOM/LAUNDRY it is the original bathroom with a shower toilet and vanity. The laundry is separate with a top load washing machine.

BEDROOMLinen is included, this includes sheets, pillows, pillow cases, doona and cover and bath towels. The cleaning fee when booking is actually the linen fee. Please bring beach towels. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. Bedroom 1: King sized bed. Bedroom 2: is a tri-bunk and second TV. Bring your own DVDs to play or your playsation to hook up as not connected to stations.

PETS No pets policy.

BOOKINGS High- 7 night minimum. Saturday -Saturday Mid and Low- 2 night minimum no Sunday arival

    Batemans Bay Accommodation is a cashless office. Payments must be made with Visa or Master Card.

    To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental plus a booking fee of $65.00, and an accidental damage fee of $59.00 is to be paid within 48hrs of booking.

    If a deposit is not paid by the due date, your booking is subject to cancellation.

    The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

    Bookings made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of the booking.

    The key lock box number will not be sent unless full payment and a Guest Registration Form has been completed to act as a security bond for the property.
